I used Magisk 25.2 original - zip and apk.I don't know if anyone can help. After I installed the ROM I didn't enable root as directed in the instructions because I was tired from struggling to install it (noob). Recently I noticed the Magisk app in my app drawer. I came here to see how to enable root and realised it's too late as I was supposed to do it after the first boot. Is there anyway to enable it now?

No -you cant dirty flash a android 13 version over a 12.
I did and it worked fine.
@TurricanM3
As mentioned for me it even worked from 12 to 13.@TurricanM3
GVK1 is Android 13. So a dirty flash from GVK1 should be possible.
Can you upload your Android 12 BeyondROM and share link with us?
This happens to me too when I factory reset phone. Just connect your phone to internet, wait and look again into the developer options. OEM toggle should be visible now.I just bought an S20 Ultra (exynos)
One UI version: 5.1
Android version: 13
Kernel version: 4.19.87-25884893
Build number: TP1A.220624.014.G988BXXUFHWAK
Android security patch level: 1 February 2023
and there is no OEM unlock option in the developer options.
Am I missing something, or am I unable to unlock the bootloader?
