Hi I just installed this rom and in general I really like it. However, I have a technical issue. I keep getting the following error message:
Unfortunately, wssyncmlmps has stopped.

I am not sure what this means or if it has anything to do with my WIFI cutting out and failing to authenticate my router.


Plus, just out of curiosity, does anyone know how to restore the original Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 splashscreen?

Thanks for any insight you all might have and any assistance. I would love to get this rom up and running smoothly. It seems to have promise for me.

I had that error and fixed if by freeing the update app. I don't have it with me now so can't tell you exactly what file it is.

easy to say dude but isn't into system/app..probably it is a service..i believe the dev doesn't know what is the cause of this error

go back to stock maybe? aroma installer has an option to choose if you want to install the bindroid splash screen or leave the stock.

Download root browser and browse to system/app and delete the wssyncmlmps apk

This worked for me too. As far as boot screen, go to this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2529133 and, flash param-samsung-t311.tar.md5 using Odin as PDA.

Thanks, it actually worked. I deleted it and just to be safe, I flashed the kernel and I've had no problems since.

BTW, are there any customized kennels that work with this. For example, I was using the Galatab 3 Kernel with the corresponding rom and it purred like a kitten?

I'm talking about the initial screen before the boot up logo appears. I cant seem to change it at all.

It's very hard to change the one thing I know that works is to Odin back to stock

OK, I got back to stock but now I cant get back into recovery or download

I'll start posting in that thread for help from here. I'm finally rid of the bindroid logo.

I vote for aroma installer. I like it lite but there are some things that I like that others may call bloat.
