Why would this be needed on a TV?

Because it would be easier to adjust brightness through android rather than dig through the menus on a TV. Especially if you're only changing it temporarily-- that way normal TV operation wouldn't be affected. Why would this be needed on a TV?

This works as a work-around:MasterZen88 Another request, if possible add the ability to adjust the brightness

I have multiple devices connected via HDMI to my TV. The Ouya seems to render output quite dark and the lack of any appropriate settings in either (slap wrists Ouya!) means that my only way to control the picture quality is via the TV's picture settings. This works fine, but does mean I have to re-adjust these when I switch back to my other devices. Why would this be needed on a TV?

Well currently I'm having problems with xposed, I had it pre-installed but then ran into trouble with force-closures. I currently have a new rom built from the ground up that I will test tonight. If all goes good I should be able to release tomorrow morning. How is it coming? Looking forward to the release.![]()
I completely agree. Thanks for your input.I think it is better not to hurry, but in the end make a good product.......
It means to use the wipe/factory reset in CWM recovery not the factory reset option on the OUYA dashboardMasterZen88 thanks for new rom.
Do I need to do factory reset??? (the third stage of the installation)?
