Just an update on battery life with KT's kernel. I'm getting 18-24 hours with 4 hours or so screentime running his recommended settings other than only undervolting by -25 across the board as -50 causes reboots occasionally. I've had almost no issues with this ROM other than not being able to read my music from external SD, which is an issue on all the CM ROMs to the best of my knowledge, and look forward to flashing the next update which I'm gonna try with stock kernel first this time. Thanks for the great work Sky!

Thanks shadow. I don't know of you read the posts before my electricity went out so I've been basically screwed over for updates. However today I fixed my circuit breaker and the 200 lbs beast computer will be roaring tonight with a new update . So be ready because it will have MANY MANY updates . It will actually contain new ui menus and features not even seen on any cm rom yet.

This is my baby . That's the beast that pushes out all the ROMs. The one to the right of course lol.

That thing looks beastly for a home rig! We've got some pretty big, bad ass HP's at work with dual Xeon and 64gb ram, raid 10, running RH and MySQL. Things have to weigh like 70+lbs!

@jd1639 that is a 4.5 grand, custom built , all aluminum, Linux based rig. Actually just added a new drive for windows 7 so now I can run either . The screen is my 42 in. Flat screen. Lol.

It's a beast man, pretty cool. You use that just to crunch roms? You must crunch a lot of other stuff too.

Nah that's a hacking machine right there. Its an all around machine so that I can use it for anything . I love it man , it's my baby . One thing I hate is that you need a fork lift to move it. Lmao.

Is perfect for anything really. I mean video editing and all . I actually use it as a studio interface too. I produce music with it. Its great for audio design and audio work .

Hey guys, I think I finally figured out why I can't flash your rom sky successfully. I've done some reading and I believe it's phil's touch recovery. I've tried to flash twrp 2.5.0.2 and shabbypinguine's recovery and neither will flas. I'm stuck with Phils touch recovery. Any ideas?????
Why do you need Philz ? Philz is having errors with almost all the 4.3 ROMs. I'm not saying its a bad recovery but its not flashing correctly on a lot of ROMs right now. If you all most devs they will all tell you use cwm , hence the reason every rom says cwm instructions more often than twrp instructions. Plus as a developer myself I can guarantee you it's much more stable. Cwm is the OG of recoveries .

It really is EXTREMELY BIG , it's almost ridiculous to have at home lol. But when you're a hacker or developer or just an artist who wants a studio rig , it's beautiful piece of machinery . Just as I love the look of certain mobile devices I also love the look of this PC. It is definitely heavier than 70lbs , but it does not have 64 GB of RAM. That is a huge amount of ram . That must be a corporate server at your job?

I'm not wanting phils...I already had phils. I wanted to go back to pure cwm or twrp 2.5.0.2 but it would fail when I tried. However, I odined back to stock, rooted again and flashed cwm since I posted. So...thanks but hopefully it is fixed. I sure hope so...

Phils was causing all my trouble. I just found it out the hard way...Now I'm ready to try your rom. Should I flash the current one or wait for the update?

BTW I'm glad we got you off Philz before something messed up your device. And you were smart for going with cwm . Everybody says twrp is so easy , but when it comes to ROMs and flashing we don't need easy , we need stability.

Thanks. I've been in meetings all day....wow...anyway, looking forward to next release. And yes, I'm glad I finally got off philz too. I knew I had some unusual things going on but hadn't read about the problems that recovery was causing. I'm good to go now on CWM. :D

I'm glad to help , man. I'm not like devs on some threads who are going to scream at you for trying to get help from this thread's community. I learned from another awesome thread that, that's not the way to help people with learning . Hope everything fished well.
