Installation Procedure:
You must have TWRP installed.
I am NOT responsible for anything that happens flashing this ROM.
Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik.
Flash ROM
Flash your favorite GAPPS.
Reboot, break it.

Just make sure you flash the rom and GApps together.
Or you could be flashing supersu or xposed.
Hope this will solve the problem.
