Coming from 6.0.1 or less ROMS

-Download Full Advance-XXXXXXXX.zip to your phone
-Boot into Recovery
-Wipe all your data (System/Data/Dalvik Cache) (Optional: Wipe your data with fs2f )
-Flash Full Advance-XXXXXXXX.zip from your phone
-Flash Gapps.zip from your phone (Optional)
-Flash Supersu.zip
-Reboot

Just flash sdk23. It will take time to boot.if you are flashing after first boot

Boot into TWRP, mount system, then choose the file manager option and delete /system/lib/libjni_latinimegoogle.so

Try to format data and system and then after flash rom again.

Format data to f2fs

i format data to f2fs from recovery mod >> wipe >> advance >> change repair file system ande format data to f2fs and then flash rom but the problem not fixed and after power on ... it flash samsung and galaxy s logo 2 time (boot loop!?) and boot up in recovery mod again

Try to flash ROM again and then do f2fs again and boot to system.
