First of all... thanks for your work, I really like your ROM...

Can you explain better how to solve the incall problem? I'm not able to delete apk through Root explorer or recovery. I' don't understand the flashtool procedure...

How...? Which recovery? I found only "bin" folder in system\priv-app\incallui and noting to delete. I've tried to install ZU-incallui by clicking on it and now I have call screen with wrong resolution...

hi,
I deleted InCallUI.apk from \system\priv-app\InCallUI but still wrong "resolution" - call screen is not shown correctly, I tried also download other InCallUI.apk and put it to InCallUI folder but without success. Any help/advice? Thanks.

Update: I flash ROm once again , then I deleted ZU_InCallUI.apk and keep InCallUI.apk, now everything works ;)

Hi,

A few days ago, I installed this rom for Android 5.0.2. The installation went perfect, and the rom itself is very nice.
So tonight I decided to upgrade to Android 5.1.1
For this, I installed the FTF file / Zip file I found here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z1/general/request-14-6-0-368-pre-rooted-flashable-t3207742

And then I installed the ND3 and OTA files as mentionned. The thing is that I have the file that something went wrong, since I still have all the google apps installed, and everything looks too original (and too big).

Any idea what I could have done wrong?

FYI, I made a factory reset and wiped cache and dalvik too. I also tried to install a second time the zip files...

Thanks in advance for the help.

EDIT
The problem is with the OTA package, dont flash it.
I simply gave up for now. Yesterday I spent around 4/5 hours with my Z1, since it was almost bricked. I finally installed Android 5.1.1 Global and got it rooted.
I tried 3 times to install hte Nimadroid updates, and got issues everytime.

Is the OTA package really needed? What is exactly it's purpose? If I flash only the ND3, does it modified my Z1 like under the 5.0.2 version?

Thanks

I'm currently using ND3 without flashing the OTA package, this is my first time using ND3, I got this Z1 about a month ago, anyway, its working, if you flash the OTA 3.1 it will get messed up.

Thanks for the tip. I decided to try installing the ND3 only, and so far so good. It look as it should, and everything works very good.
I am still just wondering what the OTA really is it for?
