CarbonROM for the HTC DESIRE 816

UNOFFICIAL VERSION
Notes:I have the Virgin Mobile model. It should work on other variants as well.
If it does not work, I will not debug or try to fix it for you with the dual SIM variants. I do not have a dual SIM test phone.

I don't work on the rom itself, so I can't/won't fix any rom related bugs (e. g. wrong translations).
I use Graraks kernel and device trees and I modify only the device trees and other needed trees for now.
If you have any questions about rom related things (features or something) search for it first.
I don't mind if people ask if they can't find something immediately, but often a quick search on google or in the forum is much faster, than posts or new threads.

Thank you![/CENTER]

Hello, thank you for sharing, available for all the models?
It should work on all variants of the model, yes.

Here ya go
Mirrors -
ROM
Recovery

I mirrored the ROM and recovery. GApps you can get from the usual places. Also, I didn't want to mirror graraks kernel without permission from him, so that's still the same link.

Is the kernel absolutely necessary? anyways I am gonna try and report here back soon! (a5dwg)

Edit: Works without the kernel. Initial Startup can be a little slow. Works great!!

My battery life over 12 hours is reporting 0.3% drain per hour. Data, wifi, GPS off and while phone idle. That's some crazy battery life when the phone is asleep.

One of my favorite features of this ROM is if you go to Settings > Performance > scroll over to wakelocks. It will tell you all the details of what's waking up your phone/battery life.

I'd really like to try this but is there anyway to backup the stock kernel so I don't lose it when i flash graraks? Haven't done anything with kernels for awhile, Sorry if this may be the wrong place, I didn't see a Q & A

Ive used flashify to back up my kernel, but im slightly wary of it because it backed up to my dropbox as a file and not a disk image file

I've noticed something.... When I use wifi and then turn it off. Mobile Data is getting on themselves. Despite the fact that I had them previously disabled. Mobile data is getting on always when i turn on screen.
