[ROM] CarbonRom «Adlx Edition» for jfltexx [i9505]

This rom is a MOD based on a build I've made from CarbonRom sources, which I've slightly modified to my own liking to make it more Nexus-like .

The rom is made for the European Samsung Galaxy S4, GT-I9505 (jfltexx).

NOTE: CarbonRom is an aftermarket firmware based on the Android Open Source Project. This rom, CarbonRom «Adlx Edition», is not an official CarbonRom build. CarbonRom sources are available at https://github.com/CarbonDev.

In addition to all the awesome features that would give you the official CarbonRom (like HALO, PIE, CarbonSettings, PrivacyGuard...), this mod also brings you ready to use the following components:

- Google Apps JB-20130301
- Latest Stock Google Gallery & Camera app with Photosphere from Android 4.3
- Latest Stock Android 4.3 bootanimation
- SunBeam LWP from Android 4.3
- Play Store 4.1.6
- Titanium Backup 6.0.5.1
- DashClock 1.5
- Nova Launcher 2.1.1
- Google Maps 7.0.1
- Xperia Z JB Keyboard_V.4 by Rizal Lovins Sundanesse Lite
- Stock Android Email app modified by me (using a corporate account will not prevent from using Widgets like DashClock or Camera from the lock screen. It will not enforce encryption either. Other security enforced policies are kept though)

NOTE: Hardware keys other than home key are disabled, Soft keys are enabled.

INSTALATION:

- Install CWM (http://androidtelegraph.com/guide-install-clockworkmod-cwm-recovery-on-samsung-galaxy-s4-gt-i9505/)

- Wipe Data
- Disable Zip Signature Verification (at the moment)
- Flash zip
- Reboot

At the moment there's no easy way (there's not setting for that if that's what you mean). I come from the Galaxy Nexus, and I didn't like the capacitive buttons lol, so I thought, let's make them disappear .:good:

Its the sensor used to control your TV. If you can find a TV remote app on the play store, you'll probably be able to know whether the ir sensor works or not

I don't know about this bug, how can I reproduce it to test the rom?

Anyway I've been using the rom for several days now, and it's stable. I haven't notice anything buggy during calls but who knows.

No problem, thanks for bringing my attention to it.

I'm seeing there are some patch being worked on by CM team, but they are posterior to my build, so I guess it's likely to be affected . I haven't noticed it, but I don't make much calls...

Please report if anyone notice the bug.

Just checked on mine, and I can see my 16Gb card with no problem. I see it under /storage/sdcard1/, have you checked there? (u can use Es File Explorer for example).

Update to carbon rom 1.8 yes this rom nice n i can see my extsdcard. I love it because there are setting to disable hardkey button like back n menu button. Keep to work smart. Thanks may God bless u.
