Stock Framework_signed.zip - 8.5 MB -> is this going to revert my vibrations back?:)) This is the only thing missing.
Nope not yet, that will remove battery mod as requested earliers,

as per first post issue relates to one of the tweak scripts, i will release an update later as detailed in page one

I believe you are updating the thread right now since the first post refers to the second post which...err isnt updated yet :p

Anyhow, excited to jump on the bandwaggon.

A question though, coming from HTC where there was hboot which basically allowed to recover any brick even without a working recovery: is Odin to Samsung what hboot is to HTC? So as long as I have a stock ROM on my SD I should always be able to recover from a bad flash, even on the go? Just asking, I prefer to always be able to restore my warranty... ;-)

Upload will be done later pm from home approx 6ish,

ODIN is the saviour of samsung devices, nowever in all fairness if you take it slow and read you shouldnt encounter any issues.

Ive used Hboot for the htc device i had, Odin is relatively the same

Alright. Got an entry point to a readup I might ask? It's not that easy when everybody has full insight - so do I but for HTC - and everyone is using all that Samsung-talk and I don't understand anything :p

Can it be used on the go..? Excuse my ignorance.

hi in your new update will it have the fix for new market please thanks for great rom btw:)
If i can find the app i will include it yes, will need to check version number, i have nandroid of when it was installed, so will pull the relevant apks

If not, ill upload the new version, and work on a update.zip to follow, as it takes a while to upload the rom

Thanks for your patience

Many thanks for your comments, battery life is a priority for me, personally ill be keeping the old edition as i dont use vibrate or haptic (nice way to kill battery) however, i am in the last processes of zapping this update, ive decided to rebuild from scratch as i have so many random versions i even confused myself.

If all goes well then upload should start in an hour and avaliable in 1.5 to 2 hours, thats if no issues come accross my path enroute.

I have managed to get a copy of the new market apk ill see how that works and if all is good will include in the refresh update

Get ya batteries on charge and nandroids ready

Just to keep you updated i have rebuilt the rom from scratch and made it lighter in the meantime

However vibe still not working. Just going to switch kernels to see if its an issue there as no syystem settings have been touched from stock.

If i switch to nandroid which was based on kj4 vibe is back and working. So im going to try another kernel to see if its kernel related

If i get it resolved then ill upload as promised if not, then ill update all who have tried my rom

Ok just an update

I have managed to get back haptic and vibration, however it was by error.

Im just running some scenario tests to see if it repeats inall cases. If it does then ill post the instructions shortly, hopefully its a perm fix.

If it works ill start uploading rom. Just going to put back the extra tweaks as they were not the cause.
