see the first and second post. i've noted this.

go to settings>home then untick sense. soft reset and re enable sense.

it's a bug i'll fix for the next build.

Even your ROM works now, I think WM 6.5.x with sense 2.5 is too heavy for running on Diamond. If its possible, could you mix 6.5.x + Manila 2.1, with your current optimization, it will be the most useful ROM

now i understand

these packages are not available in cab form they are part of the rom.

sensor sdk4 removed as it uses more ram as advised in the first post i chose to remove as it only controlls the rotation.

rolled back the album as there are vga issues with the newer version. also advised in the first post. removed the rest as they have no impact on the function of sense.

the aim of this is to see how much i can cut to get sense working with ram to spare. as advised these are not something i will add as i don't feel they are required.

sorry i can't help you on this. but if it is of interest i am building a sense 2.1 rom at the moment that has more put back

sens 2.1 works very good in term of ram used, minimum free ram I've seen not less than 10MB. Your ROM can be used daily except I found some error when tapping start button, the button in bottom side appear not correctly.

This time I didn't use Mitty, it might help, but I must go to bed Thanks for your hard work and very fast reply.

hi Phil, thanks for the comments. i'm still not entirely happy with the ram situation but i'm running out of thinks to 'cut' without impacting the usability!!! it's a ballance between memory and performance that a lot of people are working on. i'm considering removing IE and a few other base apps cos it's something i don't use. but i've been hesitand cos i know a lot of people do.

as for the issue with sense not starting after soft reset i'm not certain if it's fixable. at the moment it's something we may have to live with. (i use cleanram level 3 and have added Manila.exe to the exceptions list) run it a few times a day and it keeps the phone nice and stable.
