Yes I would if I wanted no text reflow, no access to sd card easily etc etc but the fact is kitkat sucks ass
As with every custom ROM out there (correct me if I'm wrong) you need custom ROMs in order to install.
TWRP would be your best choice IMO.
You could boot to recovery using adb: adb reboot recovery
Or try power on while holding either volume up or down (don't remember which).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- FULL AND COMPLETE WIPE IS A MUST (IMHO)
- Boot into recovery of choice
- Take a backup
- Wipe Cache
- Wipe Dalvik
- Wipe Data/Factory Reset
- Wipe /System (or, in CWM, "format /system" under Mounts and Storage menu)
- Flash ROM
- Flash gapps (see below)
- Reboot, and wait 10 minutes before touching it at ALL
- Reboot and enjoy
Not working / Bugs:
- Any current issues of CM10.2
- Bluetooth partly working (Detects but can't pair)
- GPS not working [Fixed]
- Focal may stop working [Fixed]

Bluez has been succesfully implemented in CM10.2 and Bluetooth is working.There are some errors in Phone.apk.It can call but Phone layout crashes with errors.There is a lot of work that I have done on order to make Bluetooth works.It seems that Phone needs work too but it will be the last that needs changes.Later I will upload to Mega.
