Hello,

I just got a P1, and for the first time I installed this CM11 Rom in it. At first start of CM11, everything was working fine. I configured it (language and everything else), all was fine. I was very impressed by the smoothness / fluidity of this Rom, very good job !
But then I rebooted my P1, and since then, CM11 only starts in "SAFE MODE", and displays many errors regarding applications crashes ...

Does anyone know what should be my problem ?

Thanks !

It's not rom's fault. Wipe everything and install again.

I guess I have found what my problem was : I just realized that this ROM uses SD card as primary (great feature !), I didn't know that. Before rebooting my P1 after its first use with CM11, I removed the memory card ... I guess that's why so many apps were crashing and CM11 started in "SAFE MODE".
For now I can't re-test my P1 with the SD Card inside as my battery is dead, my P1 does not start anymore. I should receive a new battery soon.

I have a question for you Spanorg :
My P1 also has its "home" hardware button not functionning correctly, my P1 acts justs like if I was pressing the "home" button every 3 seconds ... It's really annoying. So my P1 is not useable like that.
So I'm wondering if in this CM11 release I can disable the hardware buttons and use the software buttons instead ?
I saw that your "liquid smooth" ROM may includes this feature, can you also please confirm this ?

thanks a lot for your great work !

My P1 has a hardware problem, my home button problem is not related to your ROM. So I am searching a ROM which would allow me to disable the hardware buttons and enable the software buttons.

Problem:
my P1 don't restart in fastboot or recovery mode.
It's rooted with CM 10.2.

In both case I start the phone with the buttons combinations, but it freeze on Huawei logo.
Same behavior with adb: the phone restart but it freeze on Huawei logo.

Help!

    TWRP 2.7.1.0

    As I promised :

    twrp-2.7.1.0-viva-by_SPanorg.zip - 7.51 MB

This is the last version of TWRP. Flash it from recovery and then reboot recovery. My new kernel supports SELinux now. So, next builds will all have SElinux support and possibly f2fs file system.

    Enjoy...
