What's weird though is using better battery stats it says it in deep sleep and battery usage would suggest that as well yet under battery stats in android it says it awake the whole time. So perhaps a bug of some kind I'm not sure.

My battery stats say the same, but BBS and Trickster show it going in to deep sleep and battery life hasn't changed from the previous build. Doesn't look like anything to worry about.

Any way to get the keyboard drum sound back instead of the old jellybean touch sound?

I will have it fixed in my next release. I believe I fixed the DSP manager fc issue

Don't know if this is the same issue you are taking about but I use Spotify and every time i change a song it crashes.

Edit. Same thing happens with play music

Sorry for the delay everyone. I've been busy with a new project @matthew0776, myself and a few other users have started. It's a ROM built by us with features added by us. I will try to keep this thread as up to date with beanstalk builds but keep in mind I'm working on something new. Stay tuned for updates :good:

Coming from SinlessRom and ElementalX what order should I take to get this ROM?

I am thinking about using the Glitch kernel for CM/Caf would that work for this ROM, and if so do i flash the Glitch kernel in recovery first then this ROM, or do I flash this ROM then the glitch kernel? And I assume after flashing whilst still in twrp I flash gapps then reboot?

PS does this ROM come with recovery also, I don't want to lose recovery after flashing.

In summary i think I need to:

1. Boot into recovery
2. Flash Glitch kernel
3. Wipe Data
4. Flash this ROM
5. Still in recovery flash Gapps
6. Still in recovery flash Glitch kernel again
7. Reboot and try rom

Advice appreciated thanks folks :)

Recovery should never be lost whenever you flash a ROM. It's a separate thing. Also step 2 is useless because when you flash the rom , the glitch kernel will be replaced with this ROMs stock kernel. So just skip your step 2 and you should be good to go

Yeah i understand its pointless in the sense the rom flashes its own kernel but having been running custom ROMs on my Xperia S there were a few times a rom would not flash until i flashed a compatible kernel first. Also there were times when recovery was lost, jellyslim i think was one rom which did that.

I'm going to post something I've been working on with a couple of guys soon. I will no longer be building my bs harmony builds as I am looking to focus on this instead. I will update this post with a sub op so to say until I reach out to a moderator to have the thread closed and I will re open a new one for Candykat. I think you all will like this as it is similar to beanstalk but its something we've been putting together from the ground up. Stay tuned :victory:

Does anyone know a kernel with double tap function that works on this room?

Sent from my Nexus 7 using XDA Premium HD app
I don't but any cm11 compatible kernel with the feature should work. Double tap to sleep is already integrated in the status bar settings but if you are looking for wake then you are right to look for a kernel. Just have a backup before flashing :good:
