I just finised to flash the ROM, and it's very laggy....I hope maybe if I'll update recovery will have any effect, so have anyone a link to a tutorial for update recovery?!

Hi Marco, First congratulation and many thanks for making this wonderful rom. I am trying it on my device. Just to add your rom I tried something and its make the "TRANSPARENT STATUS BAR" like original google launcher. I just flashed 2 update zips made by "rhar****" our XDA developer. You can find the link and his post below: :highfive:

Updates:

• 
  Don't need to flash the whole ROM again. Just flash the latest Update though recovery.

Don't need to flash the whole update. Just flash the patch if you are in the just previous update.

Congrats for that great ROM Marco! It is extremely fast n smooth but I wanted to install Google search and I just couldn't! I tried the one from rhar**** ROM and it says app not installed and when I installed another one it keeps FCing. Do I need to install a lib file or something????

First of all i would like to say a big thank you for all your work....now let me get to the point

I just installed your rom today...and it was toooo laggy...
There wasn't no overclocking or a governor selection anywhere
I saw others writing that it is smooth....and I am starting loosing it...
Smooth based on what...because mine takes about 1 sec to do any work
Sorry I am not making any complaints...to be exact I'm trying to find out if I did anything wrong...
Wiped everything caches/dalvik installed the rom using CWM recovery 5.0.2.0
It takes a lot of time booting and afterwards....It's sooo slow ...
Tried entering the android market....and I couldn't even download anything ....The download status was on for 15 minutes...and nothing was downloaded

Nevertheless I'm used to 2.3.7 Rom (Faster indeed 'cause of the version) ...I did tried some ICS and it was faster too

Thanks for the report. You're not the first person that said that this rom is very laggy. It's strange, with me it's superfaster. But I think that know the reason. Now I'm using the HTC Desire Z as daily usage because is better than LG Optimus One. I tested the rom before uploaded, but this time I used another SD-Card w/o partitionating it. And when tested the rom becomes very slow but as don't had SIM card insert I think that it's because the SIM card So can you tell me if your SD Card is partitionated? I will study this at the weekend, so I might upload an new version this weekend. I only had two more weeks before the Christmas Holidays, and I will had a lots of tests. So I don't know if I will upload a new version this weekend. Sorry for this guys, I will try to fix it. Thanks to all for your collaboration and patien :highfive:

For me this is the best solution and it's better than CronMod:

This is my opinion because this works with every ROMs, at least for me works with the ROMs that I tryed. And works with NexusBean too :good:

try this link. Bluetooth seems to be broken and doesn't even get turned on.Also to use the camera you need to use 3rd party apps from the market.But the battery life is just too good for these bugs. Even WiFi tethering works and wont get the phone restarted on turning off tethering , if the phone is locked as soon as the WiFi tethering is switched off...Maybe a temporary fix but it works..

Well My card is partitioned with a fat32 second partition too...
So I asume that I should have an EXT partition and afterwards to install the rom...
Why is this happening ?
When I install the rom everything installs in the internal memory....why do I need the second partition...
Is there an app on the rom that checks for the 2nd partition and autoinstalls some files there ?
Do I need to install the zip that was mentioned before ?
I like using lnk2sd cause of the graphical interface....what do you suggest ?

What is your way to install it? I did it as it's said in the script thread (install mod on a working ROM) after the first boot but it ended up in restarting after a minute after succesful boot.
Sometimes i got stuck on boot animation after installation of the script. And to be honest, i haven't realised any memory changes.

But I love the ROM, it's smooth and beautiful :good:

I'm not really sure about that but I'll try.
By the way, did you install zip after first boot or directly in the rom zip?
I'm used to include the int2ext script in rom's intit.d folder, can I do the same with the script you suggested?
Why don't you think of including the only necessary script for our phone? (i mean whatever a2sd script)

Hey this rom is a wonderful creation by Marco, I am using this rom and its running like a jet... I guess you need to complete wipe data, chache, dalvik and battery status and only flash rom first as Marco has mentioned. Dont install anything other with ROM and reboot into system. It will definitely work if you do proper installation. :highfive:

If above still not works, format the system and reinstall ROM as per instructions.
