How did you get home screen icons that small? It it a pacman feature?

Actually I'm still using the default dpi on my home screen. I'm using nova launcher and the only thing I did was to change the number of icons to be 5 columns and 6 rows. Try it yourself!

I couldn´t reproduce it, but i made a new build with the latest HALO Bugfixes.
pac_viva_4.2-milestone.1.release_20130922-015351.zip (146.9 MB)

Will download and try, thanks!

I already tried the new version, and even made a full wipe to make sure, but the problem stil persists. as soon as I change the orientation, youtube blocks. for now I disabled the rotation.

Disabling rotation doesn't really solve the problem becoz there are instances where you are forced into landscape, like full screen YouTube and some games (e.g. You Don't Know Jack). I would just leave halo on in those times as a workaround.

Try to put YT into 600dpi-mode. I think, the problem lays in the Paranoid Android Framework.

Doesn't work, still blocks the application (and everything).
As soon as I activate halo, it works.

But I found another thing. I have PIE disabled, since I have the trigger area setting "none". If I also disable PIE in the quick settings (2 finger swipe down), it blocks the applications after rotate. If I enable PIE there (but it's still disabled since the trigger area is "none"), then everything works and I don't have to see the halo circle.
So for me, this workaround is perfect and solves the problem, I don't need anything else.

Paulo, I think you hit the nail on the head. I am still on the 0907 build and it exhibited the exact same phenomenon as you described, I.e., with either halo or pie control, the freezing disappears. Once both are off, the freezing happens.

I just tried the 0922 build. The Bluetooth problem seems to be resolved but deep sleep no longer works. It seems that the Bluetooth problem was related to the deep sleep in first place.

Also, as Paulo mentioned, the landscape bug relating to halo and pie exists.

The bug with landscape orientation is not only with youtube, also happening in settings

I also have an other problem, tonight, sucendly, starts to dshow a mesage that syas that System UI has stopped working, so mthe notification drawer desapears

Before that I was so happy with this version! The possibility ood set dpi for apps and HALO are the best!

There is no thread for PAC ROM for Huawei Ascend P1?

Hey MaxRink! thank a lot for your work

When can we expect another build of this exceptional ROM? I have a recurrent problem with System UI, that stops working all the time

Seems that so many people have problems that I don't get with These Roms So here is a suggestion, all pay attention now, perform a update using using the official update from huawei UMTS V100R00G403B130104RUSD00SDV02SP01 , dont worry about the version mismatch, if you use the version I suggest It will allow you to upgrade regardless of version ! this will update radio and kernel to the latest version, then re-flash clockwork using adb then wipe and flash rom, QUOTE:
Upgrade description
Unzip/Unrar the package “Upgrade.rar” and check for the files inside
“U9200-EM-UMTS-V100R00G403B1301RUSD00SDV02SP01” folder.
2.1 Upgrade File Description:
Intermediate Update : Folder path = /Intermediate pack/UPDATE.APP
(This same Intermediate version is used for downgrade also, so please save it and use
it for downgrade also) You must flash intermediate first then the update or you WILL GET VERSION MISMATCH !
JOB DONE !
I have had a lot less bugs since I flashed this as it flashes firmware at low level WHICH USING CLOCKWORK DOESN'T ! Also better signal
