CyanogenMod 10.1 is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.2.2 (JB), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

How to Install : Flash via CWM
1. Reboot into Recovery
2. Wipe Data
3. Wipe Cache Partitions
4. Wipe Dalvik Cache
5. Install Zip from SD Card
6. Reboot

Instructions : Read this before ask

Q : i can't see developer option and performance options in settings ?
A : You must enable Developer Settings, Go to settings > about phone > tap 7 times on Build Number

Q : I can't see power menu, any solution ?
A : Go to settings > Developer options > Tick Advanced reboot

Q : There no media files in apollo and gallery after flashing ?
A : Go to settings > Developer options > Launch Tools > Media provider > Start Scanning.. wait untill finished

Q : How to get best performance on this ROM ?
A : Go to settings > Performance > Processor. and change CPU Governor to SmartassV2 then tick set on boot
Go to settings > Performance > I/O scheduler. and change I/O Scheduler to Sio then tick set on boot

Q : I can't change owner image in quickpanel toogle ?
A : Go to settings > System > Quick settings panel > Tiles and Layout, then add two user switcher options, check in statusbar, if appearence you can delete one of user switcher

About Fly On Mod - Entropy generator engine:
This engine can reduce lag by keeping a section of the Android file system (/dev/random) full of random bits so that the system does not have to wait for the file system to generate them.

To monitor available entropy type in terminal :

su
entro

To turn entropy on type in terminal :

su
entropy_on

To turn entropy off type in terminal :

su
entropy_off

patched.jar? what is that? If you mean services.jar then yes, it's patched. It's in the description.

while listen music (all app is off) a bit lagging, and Beats Manager is not good for newbie users. Where not switchable done equalizer...

So will wait for port CM 11, coz as i read, this rom take a litl memory usage.

do you try my instruction ? change cpu governor and i/o scheduler ?? also try to turn on fly on mod entropy

so what did you find. is the rom smooth with apps insyalled? and how is the battery? also is the battery drops smooth? hehe I only know 2.3.x kernels and the drops are bad! thanx man
