Contact app is still contacts.apk,
did you selected the right contact group, and activated all contacts in the google contacts group, in the settings from contacts app

Didn't tested it with CM10.1, but with CM10 and CM9 I never got problems with contacts sync and display

yep. tried a million times.
always had this problem

but now my main problem is this battery is like flat in 5 hours. on standby. real terrible.
using the setup in my signature, everything off. even logged out gtalk , 2g etc. hmmm.

love the rom though man. anyway to disable the multiple lockscreens on the left right and camera access? kinda like iphones. its cool but is it able to be disabled?
keep up your great work man. legendary.

also after 2nd return to this rom, after trying to get contacts working. the aosp keyboard is now minimising. =(. the default keyboard u have, does trace but no words get entered, and floating preview is not working.

YET!, 1st time i tried this rom. the aosp trace+floating preview worked, i tried it a number of times, no minimising. the floating preview, between words if moving along fast sometimes lagged. but its ok. just slow down.
unless somehow i ended up on new bl 1st time. which didnt work. it wouldnt boot. so i went old bl. , then did a restore from cwm. then used promaq cm10 nvflash to setup for cm10.
BTW IM USING THIS ON OLD BOOTLOADER. i prefer new bl.

For me I get about 1% per hour in stand by

As mentioned many times, (I guess not in this thread, ),
I hate the 4.2 Lockscreen, why the hell someone wants to swipe to other lockscreens,
if you can just swipe to unlock, and get full access to all launcher screens?

But unfortunately I don`t know how to deactivate the additional screens,
(i guess it`s impossible, without installing a lockscreen replacement)

I couldn't resist to try this rom, because of the gorgeous theme - it is really really nice... honestly: I like it so much! Additionally that's the first time I saw an aroma installer - very interesting and userfriendly, too.

Unfortunately I suffer a similar problem: The battery usage is really high. Today morning (8:40) I left home with about 65% of juice - the phone shut itself down at about 19:40 with wifi and 3g off. The phone mostly had an inactive screen - only a few calls I made.

I'm also on the old BL and flashed pengus newest kernel (11p3). What bugs me, is, that the battery information screen showed the "Android OS" was consuming about 35% of the battery - I really did not find anything, which could have caused that. I'll report back tomorrow.

yeah, strange, thanks for the reply mrHyde. im prepared to keep testing this rom for ya.

any ideas on what to try.
using 30b baseband. um, i could give it a try with the default kernel. see how it runs/lasts.

i think ill try a number of configurations.
what baseband did you compile/make this on?

also. ill try new bl / old bl , kernel combinations etc.

also. anyone have random brightness bug? after signing into google account on first boot. goes dark as. after reboots or something it does it ..

Take a look at the attachement. Should I say more? The battery draining problem somehow has resolved it by itself... I didn't change anything important in the end. Maybe the phone just needed to adapt itself to the new setup.

Additionally no more deep sleep problems, the keyboard is working fine thanks to the right lib. What to say more? Using this rom now as my daily rom...

There is still bugs on the old bootloader??

I'm using the old bootloader, and V20l baseband. Problems on old bootloader,
if I remember correctly, massive battery drain, Bluetooth doesn't works correctly with handsfree systems.

Hehe,

that`s a problem atm,

I gave "my" O2X to my mother,
some time ago, before I started to build this rom,
at the beginning, there where no problems to take the O2X for a few hours, or a day, to test the rom,
because she didn`t liked the O2X so much, but now, with CM9, she does, and it`s a little bit hard to tell her the pros,
for giving me the O2X for 1-2 days, and use her old Huawei X3 that time,
I made a new build already 1 week ago, but there were some issues I had to fix, and the few hours i got the phone,
weren't enough time to fix all issues.
In the meantime, I had to fix some issues with my other roms, too,
I don`t be satisfied with this situation, at all,
I really don`t like to start a project and stop it, before it`s finished, or before the rom is working good enough.
I already thought about to buy a "new" O2X,
I don`t know what I`ll do to make the situation better,
lets see,
