hardware acceleration

hello i'm new here and trying to get my atrix to play netflix and videos and laptop but netflix is black screen with words and videos seem choppy and out of sink a little
the reason i'm posting is to see if there is a fix now because i have been searching this thread hours and have not found it for me this rom is perfect if hardware acceleration is working
any help would be much appreciated i'm trying to get videos working on laptop thank you i'm on cm9 right now

If you want to have everything working, you'll have to go back to gingerbread. No one managed to create a perfect rom for later android versions - and I don't think anybody's even trying by now.

In particular, HDMI generally doesn't work for any rom that uses the new kernel(*). But I guess that it does work on the cm10 in this thread, because it uses the old kernel - but that means that it can't do hardware accelerated graphics.

(*) actually there was a test version of the new kernel with hdmi support, but I think it was unstable. The dev gave up on it.

so is there a fix for youtube videos and netflix because thats all i need
and would you know of which kernel it was and a possible link

    This is a CM10 (Jelly Bean, Android 4.1.2) firmware for Atrix. It's not a official CyanogenMod, and it's not supported by CM team.

    No ETA ...

    Nobody knows yet how the cm10 with ics libs will be released, because it's not so good to release files from a leak, specially a kernel. The only obvious thing it's it will never be a official CM, because there's no kernel source.

    It's hard to make all the things work together. The kernel has some bugs, and there are things that needs workarounds and changes to cm10 code (mostly are changes we don't know yet). All this takes time. Be patient.

    I'm spending my time with the screen bug yet, I don't have so much time to look other things.
