I have installed MXplayer and MXplayer codec and selected software decoding in MXplayer, but I still have to disable HW overlay to get Youtube vids to display properly.
Any news on a fix for this?

bruce, could you please add an option to disable CRT. i mean, i liked crt, but the stock jellybean animation was better IMO
Go to wipe and it says full wipe except SD choose that one

Is anyone else able to set an alarm with GNow? "set alarm for 20 minutes" used to work but now I'm just getting search results. Things like "how tall is the Eiffel Tower" etc still seem to work fine.
Perhaps a setting has changed that indicates if the phone is able to set alarms or something?

Latest build here... I just tested it and the alarm set for 20 minutes as expected.
Only works for me if I set a time such as 8 o'clock it does not work when I say set alarm for 20 minutes (time).

Mine does not say full wipe. The only option similar is `format all partitions except SD.

I still don't get Letters from Nowhere to work. It starts, I can choose to start game, then just black screen. I can hear game and typing sound when I touch the screen, though. I'm on build 9/10, but had this issue right through all builds.

Yes, I partly did. Edited framework.jar.. I will make a new 12-sept version, accompanied by a build.prop that includes some fixes, scrolling tweaks and speed improvements into a flashable package.
Just reporting back. BT works fine, but I placed a call over bt and when I hang up, the phone rebooted. Didn't get a logcat sorry.
Do themes affect battery life? I need clear answer please

Install notes
A full wipe using 4ext is only required if coming from another ROM.
DO NOT use a superwipe script,
Install ROM
Install Gapps
You only need to flash gapps if doing a clean install or if the gappps have been updated.
If you are flashing over a previous build the don't wipe anything, not even cache.
Kernel features
To enable these you have to edit 'system/etc/init.d/89bruce' with a root explorer. You will also have to reset the permissions of the file to 'rwx r-x r-x' before rebooting.
