Green lenses version had trouble booting for me, and fixing permissions for the overclock made it not boot at all, nice rom but needs some tweaks for boot speed and stability, keep up the good work but for now I'm back on eppys latest

I'm testing this ROM and also getting the issue of battery drain.
- Defy (Red)

BTW, the speed was good, but hope the battery issue could be figured out.
Thanks.

Working fine except a few minor bugs, had to do a clean install. 1 question, if CPU speed cannot be seen from rom how do we know if changes are working?

Minor flaws

I am using this for my Defy green lens, coming from WhiteRabbit

This Rom is very stable but it has problems with apps installed by titanium. Many of them had to be reinstalled through the market. Unfortunately the settings are gone this way.

Also the the Home button is not responding and I cannot find the settings for the buttons to fix the problem.

Nevertheless this ROM is much better than any CM7 i tried so far.

Waiting for updates, thank you.

Most cm9 beats cm7, apart from old apps not working (devs fault for not updating) this rom needs to mature a bit, it could be the best if the bugs are ironed out. Eppsylons builds are the best for defy for now, very good effort though hope to see updates before jellybean takes over! :D

What should I do if my Defy has installed BL6 GB SBF before?

I have tried your ROM and it changed the kernel to <BL6 and can't boot.

BTW, my Defy is a red lens one...installed a Defy+ ROM

No updates for this rom?? Recently it crashes, maybe due to Apex launcher...now with holo launcher it crashes less....is the launcher the problema? :/

I have problems with the CPU settings:

1) Bootloader: 300/15 600/30 1200/60, governor " boosted "

2) On the rom the max frequency is shown as 800 and the governor is " ondemand "

3) I turn on setVsel and it reads 300/33 600/48 800/58 with " ondemand " governor

Right now... who's believable ? I think the rom and setVsel because if I choose to set the parameters i wrote on point number 1 the device reacts giving me a soft reboot ... any ideas ?

PS: i tried to fix permissions but i had no success in getting the same values both in the bootloader and in the rom itself ...

thanks in advance
