JB ROMs work on unlocked bootloader only,

Are GAPPS included in the ROM?

gapps included but you must flash play store fix
it will be resolved in next build

Very good rom! Smooth ui, with xperia z features.The ram managment is also good. I have 150 MB free with many apps running.Battery life seems to be good but I must wait for a couple of days to see.Nice walkman app! The only ''bug'' I see is that I can't change locksreen wallpaper because the rom hasn't the Album app from xperia z.But I'm sure you'll fix this in your next release. Nicely done my friend!

as far as lock screen wallpaper is concerned i found that too a couple of minutes ago.. So it will rectified very very soon

Feedback

To get my Hindi Fonts back, I switched over to this ROM yesterday. Have not faced many issues except:
1. Launcher seems to be having problem. Many of the application shortcuts made on home page disappear after re-booting. I changed over to Go Launcher and now it is OK. The same problem was faced in SJB 8.0 using a kitkat launcher which was also resolved by changing the launcher.
2. Can not get OSB by editing build.prop. In fact UI faces fc after rebooting and you can not recv a call. I have not tried thru Xposed frame work.

i dont know why are you getting high ram usage
did you clean flash
