How did the JB Sister? The SJB came up with that name because "Sister" by ultilizar Quarx Base rom and put the Tweakers Negan1991 of that name. After the first boot, if you have problem with Wifi: remove / data / misc / wifi and reboot (By Quarx). Here I had no problems with the wifi connection, has greatly improved. I'm using there one day and so far got no falls or even delay in seeking networks. Wifi connection is perfect and it was not necessary to remove the folder for me!

NOTE: To get a better experience, no carry bugs or something other ROMS, We recommend that you come from a stable ROM, version 2.3 (If possible Factory). 3rd. In the following section make the same case number "2" more now with the "Gapps" (Google Apps). Wait again to finish the installation.
4th. Go back to the main menu, select to clean "wipe cache partition" then Advanced "Wipe Dalvik cache".
Once this is done and can go back to the start menu, selecting "+ + gooback"
And by the end select "Reboot System Now".

Ready your rom has just been installed, just wait about 5-10 minutes for your first boot and start your new ROM!


If you have network problem or Message Read:

Ways to solve network problem, if there is any.

1 - Go to "Settings" Option "Advanced" and select "Baseband Selection". Now properly configure their nationality and select your carrier. And restart your device!
2 - Should not Run the Method "1" Make a FULL WIPE, which will surely work!
3 - If by chance the problem continues, Unplug the appliance, remove the SIM card, wait 10 seconds, and Put back Plug the device.
4 - If you can not solve this problem with the tips in "1" and "2," Reinstall the ROM and make the process very carefully. This is the check mate and certainly will have no problem!

NOTE: You have not had this problem network, More to whoever installed the rom and stayed. Do the above processes to solve the problem!

but only problem is there that i cant send sms to any one ,
i have done all setting in *#*#4636#*#* but no solution,

Hello friend, this same problem has happened to me. More is not the rom, I believe it is a bug That may have ported of have another ROM When changing. More is easy to solve, just give a FULL WIPE!
Unplug the appliance, recovery mode. When in recovery -> Custom recovery and make Wipes Correspondents ("Wipe data / factory reset" -> "Wipe cache partition" -> "Wipe Dalvik cache")

I would like to report my observation here. This SMS bug is prevalent since the Negan ROM. As i had reported earlier if i install negans rom on fully wiped(using full wipe zip) system it shows up sms bug. But if i install quarx rom first, boot it once and then install negans Rom on top of it without any wipes then there is no problem with sms.

Similar behaviour i found with this rom too. Clean install shows up the bug where as install on top of a working quarks build does not give this bug.

Do you recommend clean install or i can flash without wipe?

Advanced settings gives me a freeze.,
Only removing the battery solves the problem.,

I have flashed on top of Quarx 0703, as only then the SMS works.,
Also battery tweaks are not working as it is supposed to be., having a heavy battery drain

came from stock froyo cee and i also got huge freezes. either i need to be very patient or i need to pull the battery off. by the way i used a method to get network working on quarx based roms, while wifi is off i changed/ticked basebandswitch and rebooted. mostly works:good:. if not you can also try to shutdown and reboot then normally or restarting using bootmenu ticking ->boot->2nd boot manually.

The freezes and lags that people are experiencing is because of the Base ROM. The same problems were found when i was using the Base ROM alone. Eg. Random freezes, On receiving notification sometimes the phone keeps vibrating continuously etc. which cannot be solved unless you reboot once

Yes, people need to do a clean install then only u will find the smoothness of this Rom,
But again sms bug is there,
And sometimes network issue also,
