Make sure you wipe system so it gets formatted, and just use base gapps. You are flashing a large file over a working rom so leave some room for fun.

Earlier I have tried below steps:
1. Wipe delvik cache, system, data and cache.
2. Flashed cm-12.1-20150821-NIGHTLY-bacon.zip.
3. pa_gapps-modular-full-5.1-20150315-signed.zip.
4. Booted in the ROM and configured gapps.
5. Flashed kali_linux_nethunter_2.0.1_bacon_lollipop.zip.
6. Device started, showed CM logo and only starting apps... message even after 10 minutes.

I don't know where I am missing and how others are able to run kali nethunter 2.0.1 on lollipop roms.

I use CM13. If I flash the NetHunter without clearing the data partition, will I be able to use all my apps like nothing changed?

Does the internal WiFi card support monitoring mode or do I need to plug an USB stick via OTG cable?

Somehow it worked for me once but i was not able to reproduce. I would encourage all to keep trying.

Visit their website and see if they offer support for your device/Android version.. This thread is Bacon only, and isn't intended for use on other devices..

The kali marshmallow kernel for the oneplus one seems to only be available as a nightly.
Nightlies can be located at: build.nethunter.com/nightly
Make sure you download both the oneplus1 marshmallow kernel and the 'nethunter-generic-armhf-kalifs-full/minimal-rolling' zip.
I was going to provide direct links to the latest builds but apparently I'm too noob/untrusted to do so

Just use twrp to dirty flash both the kernel and image over the top of cm13.
It doesn't matter if you install the kernel before or after you flash the nethunter image, just as long as you flash them both.

so after some try i have succesfully ,
in order ,installed TWRP 3.0.2.0
boot on it and installed :
1 kernel-nethunter-oneplus1-marshmallow-3.15.3-20161217-1352.zip

reboot in recovery mode and flash :
2 cm-14.1-20161218-NIGHTLY-bacon.zip
3 open_gapps-arm-7.1-mini-20161217.zip
4 nethunter-generic-armhf-kalifs-minimal-rolling-3.15.3-20161216-0523.zip

and only reboot after

but i have some error .

oneplusone off, TL-WN722N plugged to oneplus OTG
turn on 1+1
at start it's write nethunter startup all fine running boot services ok
kali have SU right , in SU and in devloper option ( acces root to app)

usb no light
i start nethunter app ,

it's write on screen nethunter have root right : ok
i check app update : you are at the lastest update : ok

i look for start wifite : error message terminal emulator has been stop..
i try to start TL-WN722N in mode monitor : error message terminal emulator has been stop..

nothing look work
i start terminal emulator :
select shell :
kali -> error message terminal emulator has been stop..
android -> error message terminal emulator has been stop..
androidSU -> error message terminal emulator has been stop..


nethunter + terminal emulator have SU right in SuperSU ....
in devloper option Root Acces is for APP ...

where the probleme here ?

micro to usb wire is ok ,
TL-WN722N is ok ( work with kali on pc monitor mode / inject )

so what's wrong here ?
