finally got this to work....awesome rom indeed
by the wayi managed to make the swapped ebr files work....now rocking 2.5 gigs of phone memory

i cannot switch to art....?
i tried to...it asked me to reboot and after reboot....still dalvik....help please....do i have to change any performance settings before i can use art?

Are u using xposed modules? If yes then ART wont work.

The original wiko has only one update higher which uses 3.4.67. I am not updating it to that new cm since 3.4.67 is not battery friendly. So not updating it basically.

Plus I have moved on to development of Yu so this device development might be very very slow or nil.

Basically you are on stock ROM always I think

it says connection timed out....anyone knows the fix for this??

try this:
settings-> storage -> unmount SD card
then install the app
then mount SD card again.

now suddenly even i'm getting this error "error while downloading...there is insufficient space" . i tried everything but no success. please help @Santhosh M
edit: solved, reinstalled GmsCore and rebooted!

same thing happened with me plus the network also starting getting frequently dropped so then i was forced to leave CM

EDIT:no network drop.... network indicator theme problem.
reinstalling gsmcore fixed play store problem
