Am usin dis rom i mean cm11 v0.17 since last 5days it is wrkn perfectly for daily use except ussd code error,which latr wrkn aftr smtime love kitkat on our turbo<3

Struck at micromax logo win v0.17. Have to re download the rom again and try.....................

@ Srika......... what about battery backup, OTG and USB storage ?

Edit: still the same situation..struck on micromax logo. Using TWRP recovery. . . . . . . .
In CWM also same situation...........

Any way how long the first boot take in v 0.17?

Battery backup is ok but dnt expect much with 24hrs 3G internet and playing games n watchn videos it gives me almst like 14-18 hrs battery
OTG is not connecting like other roms u shud download sme 3rd party app to run
USB storage works Ok but the notification will remain even after u detach d cable u shud reboot inorder to remove the notification

I will give 4.5 for 5

can u tell me how did u flash this rom. I falshed it with TWRP and CWM but not booting. Which version of TWRP or CWM you are using? Please..................help......................

I was in stock rom while flashing this rom once try flashing stock rom thru sp tools dn install cwm flash dis rom again try any luck if it is possible
BTW am usin CWM 5.0.5 version

I am also on stock (V5). I tried TWRP 2.6.3 & CWM 5.5.0.3 but no luck. will try again........


Edit : No luck. Changed the cwm to ctr still not booting.

CyanogenMod is an aftermarket firmware for a number of cell phones based on the open-source Android operating system. It offers features not found in the official Android based firmwares of vendors.

What works:

- SIM1 for phone calls (incoming/outgoing) and SMS, data (2g, 3g)
- SIM2 is a WIP
- Audio (microphone - now also outside phone calls, loudspeaker, headphones)
- Sensors
- Wifi (not wifi direct)
- GPS (no A-GPS yet nor EPO assist files, so the fix can take a bit)
- hw composer
- wifi and usb tethering
- battery usage stats (expect the usage for Display to be very unprecise)
- candy crush, facebook and twitter

What doesn't work, known bugs:

- 2nd sim card 3G switch, Dual SIM is a WIP, not fully there yet
- re-enable after flightmode broken
- camera does not work ( Will be fixed soon )
- (hw) video en/decoding not enabled
- bluetooth not available
- FM radio not available
- A-GPS does not work, GPS works though but slowish

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the zip files in sdcard.
Reboot to recovery
Wipe data/factory reset.
Wipe dalvik Cache.
Install cm11.zip and gapps.
Reboot!

Why to quote whole OP for it. No you can't use it in your device. Though same processor kernel and drivers differ. If you have kernel source of your device you can compile kernel,port and use in your device

If you are using Stock rom and Stock recovery, then you have to install CWM(clock work mod recovery) or TWRP recovery.
Then take backup of your current rom, wipe data then install CM.

Read the instructions in first post.....which will guide you clearly to install CM11.
