I'll try it as soon as I get home. I have my apps on SD will they get erased?I recommend to not use ntfs. Does formatting to vfat in recovery not working for you?

Yes. 1-2% during in 3-5minthx for the log. But do you have the high battery drain (a few percents within minutes)?
I have the same issue @baunerthx for the log. But do you have the high battery drain (a few percents within minutes)?
can you look into your logcat for messages that are repeating very fast and very often.Yes. 1-2% during in 3-5min

I will set the system back to full cleaning device memory. Then came the log. Adaway is not runningcan you look into your logcat for messages that are repeating very fast and very often.
Do you have the high battery drain also after an clean install (with set up google account) without any app installed and without any changes to the settings?
It's very strange why it only happens for some users.
I never had it and I cant reproduce it.
cany you try to install wakelock detector-save battery from playstore.
do you have running an adblocker?
It's very unlikely but not impossible that the ad service is causing the battery drain.I will set the system back to full cleaning device memory. Then came the log. Adaway is not running
I use ondemand/row without battery drain. For anyone facing overheat and battery drain issues with Stock Kernel, try change the cpu governor and i/o scheduler to pegasusq/noop..
Im using stock kernel and check the cpu usage using cpu adjuster, ondemand/noop seems press the cpu to 1400 MHz too much, so it drains the battery and causing overheat.
what is the best way to go back to beta 2 ?I know, but I got battery drainage after flashing beta 3 so I am now on beta 2.

Yupp, your apps will be deleted.@bauner I got a question. Will my apps be deleted after formatting the internal SD to vfat? I placed them on my SD.

Ok so I need to redownload them. But I have chosen the option preferred install location: external SD.Yupp, your apps will be deleted.
Disable stock audiofx and music and install Sony walkman port for cm12 ...it solves everythingAnother issue I found: when i listen to music and get a message, the volume of the music is sometimes set to 100, which is very loud. Stock beta3, stock music player.
Often the media storage process is the culprit. Go to Settings/Apps/All/ look for media storage and disable.I am using Beta 3 and the battery drain is very high.
"Miscellaneous" takes most of the battery!
Getting around 1 hr 20 mins of OST for light/moderate usage.
Other than than everythin is smooth!
Any suggestions?
