Go to Setting----> Wifi---->Advanced
If Wifi is off it doesn't matter
1. Check scanning always available
2. Let Wifi on during sleep
Reboot.
Worked for me.
Deleting Cache wont work.

There is no need to kingoroot, its mentioned before just head to market install chainfires SuperSU let it update binaries select normal as always. Now you good to go its also up to your choice to install busybox after some of root apps may need it.

Have you tried doing this- using SuperSU market app in 7.1? I got a Samsung Screen after updating binaries using this method.
Had to resort to Kingo Root method.

Go to settings > WiFi > Advance > Disable Scanning Always Available and then re-enable it again. see if that helps.

Also you can check if Adaptive Brightness is enabled in the display settings. if its enabled, disabled it.

thanks.but i've reverted back to carbonKK. travelling right now, so it'd be a problem if my phone switches off and i cant charge it(dont have a spare battery)

Click on it and it will list you the files that using your space.

Also click on Cache to clear cache

your second link is not working.

You can also repartition in adb when booted into cwm (I think with twrp also) with parted /dev/block/mmcblk0
But with parted you can easily hard brick your device if you modify the wrong partition(s)

Hi guys, video recording is not working in alpha 7.1, you can temporarily solve with OnePlus One camera + VLC

Install OnePlus One camera from here:

Install VLC from Google Play:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.videolan.vlc.betav7neon&hl=en

Open OnePlus One camera and go to general options
Select sd-card to save.
Go back to the camera
Make a video recording
After recording the video swipe to the left and enter the gallery
Open with VLC and watch the video

Thanks for this. It worked for me. I am able to record videos now and play from VLC.
