I just made a request in GeeckoDev kernel thread for 5.0 custom kernel. I am not a dev and can't make a kernel/recovery supporting 5.0 but this the least I can do
let's hope the dev listens :fingers-crossed:

you can't deactivate it. The soft keys are there as a workaround for home button as it's not working currently.

You can make a call to your customer care and they will provide u the PUK code. Thats not a big deal.

i flashed alpha3.. telephony is working for me.. can make and receive calls... but mobile data is not working... in my case i didnt need to put puk key...

Ohh I see. Didn't flash alpha 3 yet because I'm afraid I need to enter puk and using mobile data everyday.

hi @bauner... thanks for the great efforts and hard work ... we all are so lucky to have a dev like you around us... alpha3 is working well.. in my case rotation is not working and of course as you said in Op those things are not working... otherwise it is like a complete rom.. superb animations...

About the SIM PUK BUG:
I can make and recive calls and no Alpha of this ROM asked me for the PUK Key,
well i have deactivated the PIN CODE as i always do, maybe that's why my SIM wasen't locked
@bauner : if u need help testing the roms i would be happy to help.
I have programming skills and knowledge about linux & co but i am not sure how far i can help in that part

I too have some programming skills. That's why I was curious if @bauner was going to upload the source somewhere and we could dig in and try to help. Of course so it doesn't get messy, if we get something working, we can send him the changes and he could add it into his source so there's only one single point of release.
