I don't know maybe I missed that kind of information but did you implement Lanchon's TRIM into your Rom?
Saw your post. TRIM is not included. But did you try to implement it? Or is your rom already fast enough that there is no need of TRIM?

Hi @bauner I have updated to beta 2 from CM11 and the rom is simply MARVELLOUS, faster than KitKat. I am whoheartedly grateful to your work to make this old device alive.
However, I could not find ways to enable the soft navigation bar in order to relive the burden of the hardware home button. Is there any way to enable navigation bar?
qemc hardwarekey = 0 no longer works.

P.S. The device failed to boot instantly after flash but booted after I had pulled out the battery. For people who failed to boot there is no need to panic. Pulling out battery fixes the problem.

You can move your apps to the memory card.

Try adding this line to build,prop and reboot:

Power + volume down. With that, I don't see why there would be a need to add the option to the power menu.

I've been searching around but wasn't able to make a connection between beta3 bugfixes and this, so forgive me if I'm just being dumb: does it include recent lollipop's memory-leak/reboot fix? ( code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=79729#c239 - Sorry, I'm new here and still can't post links.)

In beta2 there was the first part of the fix, and in beta3 comes the socond one

the storage problem is caused by the small data partition on the n7000.
the apps need much more space for dalvik-cache because the art runtime.

If moving the apps to sdcard will not give you the needed free space (because the dalvik-cache remains in /data) you can use metalgearhathaway's pit to repartition your device

Installed BETA 2 yesterday. No issues yet. Looking great.

1) Video recording is now working for me at 480p.
2) Move Apps to SD Card also works fine.

Only issue which I faced was during installation. Once the installation was finished, I did reboot to recovery. Recovery just showed image in the middle and instructions at bottom. No options to choose from. I rebooted the phone normally and used it for some time. Later I again went to recovery and now there is no issue. I can see all options too.

Memleak fixes in frameworks/base
FP-Bug fix
Low power mode is working
Off mode charging animation is working
The older Raw v7 and v8 kernel for Beta1/Beta2 will not work because of some changes in the init scripts.
If you want to use the Raw kernel in Beta3 you need to wait for an update from GeeckoDev
