I'm bit confused, on first post appear information about version 10.7 but download links are for version 10.6? So where is version 10.7.

I was using kyrillos v9.6 previously.

Downloaded the odin package and flashed it. Installation was quick and hassle free..

It is much faster/functional/customizable than v9.6. My old phone is back to life now


One thing that's bothering me is that it is not having support for Hindi language. Does anyone know how to add support for it so that I can enjoy "Google Hindi Input" on my phone.

For Full Hindi support u will have to switch to DDJP6 . Else pull the "DroidIndia.ttf" from DDJP6 make copy of same one and rename that to " DroidSansFallback.ttf ".Now push both of them to system/fonts and reboot.In this case Hindi will work but you may lose some other character support.I don't recommend this and this is why I have been using my self customized DDJP6 for full Hindi Support.

recently i instlled kyrillos 10.6 rom but after flashing wht i see is that my google play store force closes whenever i tried to open it ...so i thought this might be due to old apk ..i installed latest play store vending apk and renamed to vending.pk and replaces the old one in system/apps ..and fixed the permissions too rw--r-r- ..but again force closes but now i am getting contious messages of force closes ..please solve this problem ???

clear data for playstore and gsf(Google services framework )....btw...do you have gsf for Android 2.3.7? installed?....otherwise try wiping dalvik-cache and fix permissions in recovery....sorry I didn't have time to reply via pm....so I replied here:good:

In case that there is 10.7. that will be based on @marcellusbe's CyanogenMod 7.2 Alpha9, I'd kindly ask the developer to pay the attention to the following:

- I had problems with marcellusbe's [ROM][2.3.7] CyanogenMod 7.2 (Alpha9 - 10/03/2013) because I couldn't boot to recovery by pressing 4 buttons (VolUp+VolDown+Power+Home)
- I had another problem with that ROM with WiFi, it was interrupting frequently. @Kyrillos' ROM v10.6 also interrupts sometimes, but less frequently.
- I had another problem with both ROMs because I couldn't restore Nandroid backup I made (I could reboot to recovery from 4-way reboot) as explained in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=45004766&postcount=3165
- I couldn't find a way on Kyrillos' ROM v10.6 to add a phone number to speed dial or favorites
- I'd suggest to add AfWall+ (I couldn't use version 1.2.6 for some reason on Kyrillos' ROM v10.6, I'm waiting an update of AfWall+ or 10.7) or Droidwall
- I'd suggest to use AdAway instead of Adfree

Other that that, great work, it gave life to previously very slow phone.

i think link2sd doesnt work with this rom...!?

read long way back here & on kyrillos' rom froyo thread and learn....afaik link2sd works just fine if you have partitioned your external sdcard with one primary fat32 partition and one primary ext4 partition.....so....:good:

Kernel Issue it seems ! ! ! Usual Battery

I've been using Kryllios 10.6 from more than six months now. Its working great except some battery issue. When phone kept on charging it charges full in just 5 to 10 mins. Then when disconnected it drains back to 20% in few mins and if I restart it say 50% and everything is so messed up with the battery. Battery still works good but you always get confused when to charge and when not to. And sometimes leads to phone switching off unnoticed. I hardly use the phone more than couple of calls a day.

Let me know if anyone had faced this issue before and have sorted it out.

Try wiping the battery stats from the recovery. If problem persists flash fugumod kernel.
