@rkoby, speedx3d for me is pretty much unplayable, i tried many different chainfire settings and the floor in game is normal but its tranparent as in i can see underneath it in someparts and the streak of colour before a box is way out of line and the boxes are floating have you gotten it working?

btw, i am using chainfire 3.3, should i use 2.0 ?

Kyrillos' rom v10.1

[*]Removed S2E. I read somewhere that it doesnt work in CM7.2. -Confirmed-

After flashing kyrillos v10.1 (my previous rom was v10) titatium backup finded this situation (without install link2sd):

SD: 170MB
SD (a2sd): 344MB

I tried to install Viber to see if change the situation. Surprise:

SD: 161MB
SD (a2sd): 338MB

Then... app2sd works?
So I went with Root Explorer into sd-ext/app and I found Viber app!

After this, I restored 1TapClean app (space required: 447kb) with titanium backup . The new situation was:

SD: 165MB
SD (a2sd): 337MB

I used 1TapClean to clean the cache and after this the free space was:

SD: 168MB
SD (a2sd): 337MB

I think that previous script continually to work fine!

NOTE: Before update to version 10.1 I installed link2sd on kyrillos' rom v10, launched app and I unistalled this without reboot. After this a2sd didn't work, but after reboot was back to working.

Hey guys just a lil question. How is the performance in alpha 8 I mean update 10.1 is it stable, fast, good battery, no forced closed, quick, GPS fix. Coz I revert back to 9.5 because its more stable and has better battery back up. Need suggestion before I change ROM. Thanks

Experiencing a weird battery drain... Phone went down to 70% in 3h of not using it at all... No gps, wifi, no anything. I'm on Arkmar's Kernel, setcpu profiles are correct, as they worked well with any other rom... Battery might be a bit old, but sill, shouldn't happen.. Any solution?

If you have just flashed the rom just wait a week or so, my experience is that it takes a while but it will be ok, if your battery is healthy.

I'll give it a try, I know it has calibrate itself, nevertheless, never drained so fast...

There is no battery drain problem. No need to calibrate your battery too. In 2-3 charges will be fine

You're right about that
i think that if we were overclocking our phone very often in the past...than battery was overheating too much & that damages our battery a lot & fast too...
i have my first battery (14 months old)...& i didn't overclock my phone too often in the past...so...i can still squeeze some 24-28hrs battery life from her....so....my opinion is: watch out your cpu clock & don't overclock it too much....even ondemand governor with max freq. 1.2ghz...will kill your battery soon...so...guys...think about OCing before doing that

How can it be i flash v10.1 and i reinstall apps with titanium. Now i see with root explorer that my apps are installed in the Sd-ext map.

Why it work when •Removed S2E.

Do i need to to this now?

Hmm i am not sure about this. Flash the v10.1 update.zip, enter Google Play, download Link2sd, open it configure it, reboot and your apps should be back. Dont wipe anything except dalvik cache Qoute"

Few of texture issues are gone which i was not expecting!! Battery lasts good too!!

I've only one observation, i found many(~48) system related APKs inside Download directory in SD card.
How come these are there?? Is it because i ran your "Optimize" script?? Can i delete those??

Hm i checked my Download directory in my sd and i dont have any files. I dont think that this has to do with the optimization script. You can delete them

i will create&add a tarball for odin...with cm7 1.4 kernel & maybe an update.zip to my collection of kernels when i get at home...but it's safer to flash with odin..just in case if anything goes wrong & you don't have pc nearby
