What other laumchers work with kaos? I tried gingerbread launcher and stupidly set it as default, now it just fcs in me, can't do anything.. but restored and so wondering about the launchers

ADW or Luancher Pro.....btw if you set something to default by checking that box it can be reset by going into your menu>applications> find "whatever you set as default">click on it and scroll down to reset defaults. hope this helps.

Yeah, but its impossible to go into settings with the launcher force closing as soon as j press force close. But I already restored so everything is ok

Is the cwm red and says voodoo recovery? If yes, then it will work, you could always make a backup and then if things go wrong, u could always restore

No point? Maybe cause all the sensors work and the ability to receive calls? I've tried using jt's test CM7 build and the lack of proximity makes ending calls impossible without plugging in a charger and unless your screen is on and your phone unlocked, all your calls go straight to voicemail. This is ridiculous. Sure the camera works, but the HD video recording is janky at best. I'll give up my camera for a working phone any day. Not hating on anyone at all, just saying don't dis punk.kaos bro. I've been following him since my Eris, he made that phone usable man. Ha. I'm giving this a flash right now.

I have come across a lot of people in the fascinate community who were, at one point or another, on the eris. And yes, what kaos did for that phone was epic. I am also a fan of kaos' work. But, even kaos himself will tell you that his kaoscinate is very buggy and still very much in an alpha state. I understand wanting to be loyal and that is a good thing, but be willing to accept friendly wisdom and suggestions. People seem to get offended when myself or anyone else recommend jt's cm7 over kaos'. The fact is, as of this moment, Jt's builds are more functional. Kaos has been very busy and too preoccupied to keep up with his builds the way he would like to.

I've followed this rom from the beginning and I would love to see a finished piece. While, true, there are other builds that are better, I think once they've all gotten to a fully working state, the Fascinate will have a great range of options for Gingerbread. I myself wish I could get my hands onto this particular rom and help Kaos fix the camera.

Hey, I am also a HUGE fan of Kaos's work with the Eris. No rom is better IMO. Still using my Eris with his latest build. That said... I need some suggestions for a very very stable rom for my Wifes VZW fascinate. She is running Evil Fascination right now with PBJT's latest voodoo kernal and its freezing pretty much every single time she goes to unplug it after its been charging. She has to battery pull like 10x a day. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good, fast, stable rom and kernal combo for her?

ComRom 2.1 with PBJ -50 kernel, unless you like messing with voltage then ComRom 2.1 with the latest OTB kernel

I would say go with ComRom 2.1 FROYO with OTB kernel.
