Also having the "post-boot" loop issue, when the phone does not leave boot animation, but indeed does that vibration (meaning it is not in bootloop) and can turn off screen. I think I'll try Pikachu Edition for now.
The Bravo did that once, only one time in 20+ installs once, have you tried unlocking the phone from the bootanimation? It worked for me. You can unlock the phone before the bootanimation finishes on a normal boot.

Oh, and check the md5 to see if it was a good download if you haven't already.

@JakeOcn Full data wipe and factory reset. You're switching from CM7 to MIUI. I ONLY install roms with Full Wipe to try to minimize any issues that can occur. Only use the cache\dalvik wipe when reinstalling the same rom.

@Tweety NO issues on Bravo at all. Well there is that TB Batch Restore bug, but wiping cache\dalvik fixes that. Occurs with app only and app+data batch restore. I've tested both on different installs. Might be a Defy bug as well.

BTW Defy users, the bug is that options in the settings menu won't stick---at all--until a reboot and cache\dalvik wipe. I first noticed it with Notification Power Widget acting wonky. Rom works perfect with no issues afterwords.

you see there is no perfect solution for your Defy+ Problem. I have some Users in the German Community which reporting that the new BatteryFix that is included is the first one that worked for them and Battery is fully charged. Therefore, I am updating the Rom in a couple of Minutes to 1.4.1

this Version will include 3 different BatteryFixe that will be copied on your SDCard. If somebody has problems with its Defy+ Battery you can try another FIX with just going into CWM and installing it. One of them will work.

1. Fix will be from WhiteRabbit 1.3
2. Fix will be the new one from Spanish Community
3. Fix will be from Quarx

one of them will work. In 1-2 weeks I will also make a new Defy+ Version based on the latested Quarx, this week is busy.

finished, NEW Update is online. It is only a small Update which adds Swedish and French to Aroma and now 3 BatteryFix Zips are copied onto your SD Card if you choose Defy+

because for some people the new Fix works really well, for some the old, for some the one from Quarx. Now you can decided and let me know. There isn't a solution for everybody and this is the best way I can think of.

anyway, for everybody who is already on 1.4 and has Battery problems, just look into the first topic there you can download all three seperately.

P.S. new NewMIUI Theme Update is also available :) look into the market.

That might be a launcher problem, because if you uninstall all launchers, same thing will happen. So you could also try obtaining an apk if some launcher and installing via adb.

Tried that, I was stuck in red M logo. Had to reflash firmware, tried to install Pikachu Edition, boot normally, then tried this again one again stuck in same logo

While I assume you have, have you tried to boot with 2nd-init? And did you flash the recommended cm7 kernel? Although, I think Pikachu flashes the cm7 kernel with its install.

If you can get a logcat from boot, post it and send me a PM.

Yes, I tried to boot with 2ndinit. Yes, I flashed recommended kernel.

Last time I tried with Pikachu edition which boots just fine, but still unable to run this one :(..

Will try to flash it tomorrow and I'll let you know.

Thank you so much for taking your time to help me

No problem. If you can, send a logcat. Maybe it'll help. I don't have a Defy, so I can only suggest potential soultions and what works with my phone.

You could try deleting the directory "aroma" on the sdcard. Its where the installer stores your selections. I had install issues between test1 and test2 and then the final release because some of the installer values changed.

Tried that before but don't know why I was stuck at bootanimation again... Will try until tomorrow and will send you a logcat

and even it is not overcloecked to 1.1 GHZ like Wajk, but untervolted :)

my girlfriend is using MIUI, but myself would use WhiteRabbit, if I wouldn't have an Optimus Speed with Chuck Norris on.

yeah it is the same except ONE THING. In Settings you will find Motorola Lockscreen which is way better. This is the only difference between Motorola and Stock Clock.

I've just notice some interesting audio behavior when using PowerAmp and its "Direct volume control". When going from level 21 lower I get the following results:

Level Sound Level
21 No sound
20 Sound
19 Lower (normal step)
18 Higher(big step)
17 Lower
16 Higher(big step)
15 Lower (normal steps from this lower)

Everything is fine with MoboPlayer (which I guess doesn't have the DVC)
