Yup....but since this is aroma based. Just install the zip. U well get an option for full wipe install....choose that

Hi tweety! your ROM is very fast in UI. All apps starts quickly. But subway surfer is lagging. Earlier I was on Kang's ROM and the game ran smoothly. Any suggestions?

I installed and it's working but I can't change the theme... rebooted and the option to choose GoLauncher didn't show up... I try running GoLauncher but it won't start... what's wrong?

Hi,

Strange thing happened today. UpdateMe app showed me that there is new version of WR - WR 1.7.1. But I already have it on my phone. In settings/about there is build number WhiteRabbit 1.7.1. But UpdateMe app shows that I have version 1.7.
Except for that everything else is just perfect so far. Will give exceptional mark to this ROM.
I haven't tested GPS and tethering yet but I'm sure that's fine too.

Oh dann I maybe forgot to change the update me file in my Rom to 1.7.1, nothing big. Maybe you can do it by your own. You will find it in system/ you will see it and you will see where to change.

For sure this will take a while. I started a new course and this will take all my attention. I will also make a LAST Chuck Norris Edition for the LG O2X because I am getting a SGS 2 ( hate LG, never again ) and therefore, the WhiteRabbit will be my last Rom.

Anyway as you can see that from my last build and this one there have been maybe 10-20 Kangs but non of them included any new feature or any big changes I see no need to make a new one for the next 3-4 weeks.

I know, it's not a big deal at all. It's just annoying thing because it started to ask me if I want new version. :silly:
I found update_me.xml in system and changed it. It's OK now. Tnx. :good:

But what I want to ask you is this:
I found in CM7.2 Quarx/Maniac thread that Android has some security issue: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=32053637&postcount=16866
It is said there that i affects only SGS3 but this guy forgot to quote other pages saying that it affects all android devices because it's an old exploit on android.

And the Maniac said that he backported the fix for this from jellybean to gingerbread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=32056540&postcount=16868

So I ask you: Can you make a zip file containing that fix and put it in Update_Me app? Please? :fingers-crossed:

I've SD card problem, the phone loses its write acces to the card, and therefor for example the photo camera app can take pictures, but can't save them...
I've MB525 + class10 16Go SD card.

I found a fix :

but load_modules.sh is missing in WR.

Sorry I forgot to change the Version number in the updateme file to 1.7.1 and now UpdateME tells you all the time there is a new Version on the Server.

1. I upload the new Version right now and will be up in 1-2 hours
2. for everybody else you can go into UpdateME and under fixes you will find a ZIP for CWM to fix this problem and replace the updateme file
3. fixed the StockBrowser Link in UpdateME, was before Camera.apk
4. added MiuiRecorder to UpdateME

And what about Security fix? Will you please consider making it too and put it in UpdateMe?

OT: Does anyone here use some kind of Antivirus/Firewall app? Do we need that for Android, or it's not yet necessary?

Congratulations on the Recognition as a Themer Should be Contributor too though, for WR and Pikachu and other stuff you do for your device.
