Requirements:

• Stock 6.1.1.B.1.54 ICS ROM, If you want to be sure that you use the correct version, you can flash this with flashtool after that you installed FireDroid: http://d-h.st/users/atis112/?fld_id=10360#files
• Rooted phone
• CWM recovery

Install:

• Boot to CWM recovery
• Install the "rom".zip
• Install Google apps
• Do a factory reset

Boot to CWM recovery:

• Press the power button
• Pressing the "Volume down" button

wouldn't fixing wi-fi modules for stock kernel will be a tough job?
I'm only a .Net developer so expect such questions from me when it comes to rom development

I've been trying to fix my own custom kernel, but I never succeeded in booting process I hope you don't face the same thing ^_^

Well... What i've seen so far:

- the torch app FC when you turn it on
- the camera doesn't work at all
- Screen orientation is a little messy.. sometimes it gets stuck on portrait (happened in a lot of apps)

On the good side, the ROM booted up super fast and all the screen transitions and scrolls where smooth as silk

I will support U/P/Go/Sola locked bootloader, just alpha3 skipped for this device. I will release new version on this weekend or next week.
