-INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS-

For v5.0.8:

1.- Wipe data / factory reset (mandatory)
2.- Install the Main ROM
3.- Install gapps
4.- When you're back on recovery go to Advanced
5.- Wipe Dalvik Cache
6.- Fix Permissions
7.- Wipe Cache Partition
8.- Reboot

-UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS-

- Download the latest build of Resurrection Remix ROM
- Take a nandroid backup
- Flash ROM using ClockworkMod recovery
- Flash Gapps
- Wipe cache
- Wipe dalvik cache
- Reboot
- Enjoy!

IMPORTANT: If you come from another ROM, have some issues or want a really clean installation then follow the 'Extended steps to install the ROM' featured on the General FAQ

Known bugs

NO Update in Settings/Resurrection Tools!
LX 3.4 statusVideo playback on stock video player, (USE MX PLAYER INSTEAD)
Youtube/ Video Buffering is buggy.Video Recording is not working in current build, will be fixed in updates.
Phone may say, "SIM inserted, Reboot" , don’t care about that, just press back or touch anywhere else on the screen and it wont disturb again, another ION bug.

THIS ROM IS SO BUGGY, I DON’T LIKE IT, and blah blah.
Then better switch to some other ROM.If you want to report bugs, do it with respect. Nothing like this,"not working fix it, fix that".
You got bugs? Fetch logcat, and report with respect.

If Kernel logo comes during boot or during the normal usage, DO NOT get panicky, its just as normal as you can imagine, it will vanish soon.If your screen is not turning on, DO NOT get panicky, its because of your usage. Too many apps running at an instant, give it a minute or two, no need to hard reset, it will get normal. USE GREENIFY.For added performance use SEEDER.The ROM is NOT tweaked at all.Its as pure as cyanogenomod wants it to be, you can add more tweaks to improve upon the performance.Try Jeeko's PurePerformaceX for that purpose.

Bro, this ROM and PAC, both are completely different and have their own plus points. The are Completely different.

I have been using the ROM and it the one of my favorite ROM. Switched to kk because of this ROM after 2 months

And bro, yes ION is stable and i am using it since the first Build of ion came

already a fan of its smoothess and stableness , Mike has fixed all things, and many improvements in ION

How well will this ROM run on the Xperia Mini Pro? I'm currently using Erro Rom, its stable, small (80mb ).
Just want to know if the whole 200mb is going to take up too much space :\

wow bro, this Rom is nice and have some many features.. a little bit of themeing and i'm sure this will become a hit!:good:
..i do hope so that ION kernel will become a bit more stable, i can't play some audio on apollo,even on selecting ringtones i couldn't hear a sound, and when i do it's mono,i hear sound only in one speaker..but since ION kernel is still on Testing, it's understandable.. anyways is there any theme available for the latest theme chooser by CM?it's not official yet,right?

Thats strange you cant play audio, i have on for 3 days now and only thing i felt is the C.Y.E. Ringtone doesnt play correctly sometimes.
You can download themes from XDA or the playstore, there are many :good:

awsm ROM @ OP... very smooth lag-free ROM...:laugh::good:
and i like the way the settings are organized... :good:

...
the system default animations and transitions are superb...:good:

however i found some features missing though:silly:...hope:fingers-crossed: u add them in future updates

:

battery saver mode
on the go mode (transparent screen)
gesture lockscreen
custom and contact tiles
gesture anywhere
most important - PIE
hardware back to kill

found two bugs till now:

statusbar layout bug - quicksettings button out of screen when notification reminder are set - see attached screenshot
screen record FC

wil use more and report back any other bugs...

also i want to ask tat as dis ROM consists of ION kernel the /system partition is 470MB... so hav u updated the partition layout

??

BTW i hav resized

the bootanimation to 320x480 for our device...attached below

..I'm planning to use my own set of themes for personal use like the one present in my rom and i'll update you if i succeed..can you add an additional option like the "pitch-black mode" but it would be "holo-light mode" where everything is light?that would be more awesome specially for people who love lighter background like me

Anyways Bro, is building for other device is necessary?or creating a dev-files will do??if it so, feel free to use the dev-files present in my Rom Thread and modified it depends of what your ROM needs

, i also own a mini and so the confusions i used to have about the files, which to flash, which to not

was actually terrible :silly:
and i have already compiled and posted 2. Smultron is compiling and by the end of the day, satsuma would also be done, so its almost done
