What's ColtOS

ColtOS Project is presented by a team of learners and it is crafted from AOSP Source with all the necessary customizations, without compromising the stability and security of the device.
We have cherry-picked the features from many other roms/projects and we are very thankful to all of them!! We just crossed the Beta Phase for Oreo and are happy to announce the release of Colt-OS Chilly based on Android 8.1.
Although there's no bugs experienced by us or testers, if you find any, please let us know with a logcat.

Team ColtOS

We, The ColtTeam, are a small group of working professionals from entirely different industry and have no relation to Android, Programming or Codes.
As mentioned earlier, we are a young and growing team of learners. We are still learning and helping each other learn as well. Thanks to entire ColtOS team for giving their precious time to this Project.

Hi @mukesh I saw you around here posting I think in every thread, helping other users. I saw that you were building your self RR. I'm very happy to see you're starting your own project. I'm gonna try it asap. But if your builds are like I think you are, this means this will be a very good rom. Good luck brother! :good:

Great, thanks for this new rom.
What about specif features on OP5 like sRGB, OPCamera, DC, Slider ?
Bro,

I think DCI-P3 n sRGB is already there in Display - Live Display.

Slider options are in Additional Buttons. OP5 Camera can be installed directly. Its already available for other devices as well. Try 3/T Unified Themes section.

DC, I'm not aware so can't comment. Screenshot added for reference.

Hope this helps.

Regards
Bond

I tested it a little bit, looks very smooth to me, and most features I like are there!
Great Rom, congrats!

Just one question, is it a big deal to get separate ringtone for dual Sim?

Testing the ROM. For now everything running good. Only found one problem. When I connect a pendrive via OTG, I can't see what's in and I get a reboot.

Edit. Sorry, but IDK why but now it's working perfectly. So perfect for the moment.
