On 16 June, I had made a nandroid backup of 4.4.4 stock (it was rooted and with bootloader unlocked) and then installed OctOS 5.1.1.

Today, I installed Exodus since OctOS gave me a problem with GPS. With Exodus, I have the same GPS problem.
One solution I read was to flash stock again.
Now, I can see a backup of 4.4.4 SU6-7.2 which I can restore via TWRP.
It give me three check boxes - System/ Data/ Boot.

All of them are selected by default. Is it OK to restore all three of them?
I am worried about bricking the device or loosing boot loader's unlocking.
You can always restore a backup and there is no way you can relock the bootloader by accident.

Thank you.
Restoring stock 4.4.4 was a breeze with TWRP. The GPS is working again. Now I will try to restore Exodus ROM again.
