There is no fc for xt1022. Check your gapps package whether it is 5.0.2 or 5.1

Same result. Already did Factory reset, etc. Reinstalled like 5 times already. I will even try to flash it one more time without a SDCard or a SIM card on the phone. Not very hopeful.

Your english was fine enough to solve my problem. Thanks a lot! The updated recovery did it.
Maybe OP should add this little info to the steps of installation.

1. MAKE SURE RECOVERY IS UPDATED
2. FACTORY RESET (IF COMING FROM ANOTHER ROM)
3. INSTALL ROM
4. INSTALL SUPERSU
5. THEN GAPPS

I started up the phone, it took a while and started doing that initial "installing app (x) of 96" and then it just gave me that Setup Wizard error, along with Google Text-To-Speech Engine. If anyone can help me, I'd be grateful, since the last Lollipop build I tried was kind of unstable/heavy, I wanted to try this one.

Try boot without Gapps, once u are on home screen reboot to recovery and flash Gapps and SU.

I tried to do that 3 times now and it keeps giving me that error, guess I'll have to stick with KitKat :s

Change your gapps (which gapps u using?) , use Deltadroid gapps, and remove sims and flash and boot the phone after compleatly boot you can insert sim
