Stuck on Boot Animation

Updated today by Paranoid OTA app but phone wont escape the boot animation
Was working fine till now

Updated to latest build only to find many of my apps got uninstalled. Found the buttons tab in settings working. Reverted back to previous build.

Setup wizard stopped working bug

I flashed the files as instructed in the OP. Using pa_condor-5.1-20150619.zip build. Using TWRP 2.8.7 touch recovery [2015-05-05]. Still getting setup wizard and text-to-speech fc on boot. Coming from cm11. Didn't face any such bugs on CM11. Used Slim_mini_gapps.BETA.5.1.build.0.x-20150620 GAPPS. Any solutions. Also tried to boot without sims inserted. But still the same issues.

I installed the latest update, the 4th of July one. Right after installing, my google apps started crashing and all my apps on the sd got deleted/were not detected. Overall the ROM was stable previously with a few issues, here and there.

Just a little bug that I found @TheStrix: the built-in launcher randomly crashes. I cannot say why but it randomly force-closes. Also when I try to change the launcher settings in the home screen (rows, columns, default screen etc...) it crashes aswell.

Other than that, it works flawlessly
