I am really sorry for quoting the CM12.1 nightly here....
PA is stable by the way... no nightlies here..... It's a pretty stable ROM but I hate the lack of features that CM incorporates....
If u think that the ROM is taking a lot of time to boot.... Just force boot back to bootloader - > recovery... wipe cache...factory reset/...
Now check and tell me,
I also reflashed it but still stuck on the boot animation

Looks like something is corrupt... Which version of TWRP are u using?
Do 1 thing.... Download the latest version of twrp and reflash... I think the recovery is to blame....
U can try either 2.7.1.0 (official) or the 2.8.6 (by our humble XDA member)

Lol, not recovery fault, first flash cm11 let it boot and after it boots compleatly reboot to recovery and flash this rom without wiping anything, it will boot now.
is youtube bug and call with no voice sometimes bugs are still present in the latest build version ??
I installed the paranoid rom successfully but now the caller screen colour is coming green
If you are talking about the green pixel bug of youtube then no...its not present in cm11 or any kitkat roms!! It all started from lp roms
Updating from 4.4.4
Im on 4.4.4 stock right now with TWRP, unlocked bootloader and root access. I want to know if i can directly update to AOSPA 5.1 or if i need to do something in between as im on stock 4.4.4.
