np I just hated having to hunt stuff down when I started and by the time lox wrote his tutorial I had already figured it all out. but I'm just tryin to spread the word. most assume this basic Rom cooking is hard. but this tut helps to make things easier for those starting out. lox is the man he gets all the props here. enjoy hope to see ur kitchen and maybe a Rom soon
