Are there any special features, customization options in this rom? Like the other Roms

It's a flashable stock image with lots of add-ons. As far as special features maybe night light and charging led. Refer to the OP for a full list of add-ons and features. If your looking for customization you need to look more into the custom ROM department.

Thanks, i thought so. I was looking for a android 8.0 ROM as 8.1 doesn't have the default wifi sleep option with the pixel 2 mod launcher as i do not like the aosp one or the default google now.

Can someone please help? My device works fine with this ROM for a while. I've flashed the correct bootloader and radio images, and I've done the ROM flashing twice and I've done the wiping correctly, I'm pretty sure.

But suddenly my phone restarts and then keeps restarting again and again until I press and hold the power button and force a restart. Then it stops restarting.

Does anyone else get this? Because I'm pretty sure that I did the installation steps.

I flashed this ROM from another ROM, not stock. But I cleared data and cache.

Also, settings stops working when I try to open developer mode.(this issue went away when I flashed the ROM again)

If this issue is not with you guys, can someone PLEASE give me a step by step part on flashing this ROM? I'm really sorry but I'm not very good at this. I've searched on flashing roms but this problem is really getting to me and I want to fix it

Here is what I did:
Bootloader and radio updated as shown in instructions.

Go to TWRP
Wipe Data, System, cache, dalvik cache.
Flash ROM.
Wipe dalvik cache
Reboot.
Now when I reboot everything is fine. But it gets stuck at "searching for updates" so I press back and do it again, it loads instantly.

ROM loads. Sometimes gets in a reboot loop.

Did I do something wrong?
Also, I get a notification for the 8.1 update. I didn't do it. I disabled that notification

I'm also experiencing the same thing. Random reboots, and it doesn't stop until I hold in the power button. I was hoping it would be fixed in an updated release, but it doesn't look like this rom will be updated. It's a shame too, got to say, reboots aside, this is an awesome rom. If anyone has a suggestion for an 8.1.x Rom with Magisk root preinstalled, I'd love to hear about it.

There's no reason to wipe the dalvik cache a second time. There's nothing to wipe possibley except what you need for the ROM to start.

I'm using Nitrogen OS O 8.1.
You have to update the radio 3.85 and BL to 3.79 which are the January updates.
Flawless execution for a ROM.

I think once I flashed Pure Nexus and had random reboots. Unrelated to the ROM however I did a complete wipe including internal, flashed stock firmware and haven't had any issues since.

Welcome to Cortex! This is based on the current Google release. I modeled this after how I have my device set up. This will generally have, as of the time of release, the most current apps available (select apps), Pixel additions, and a lot of speed and system tweaks.

You can now also donate to me by just opening one of my websites pages, and mining Monero cryptocurrency on my behalf! Only things you need to do are disable ad-blocking for my site (so the script will run), leave the tab open, and hit "START MINING". Only uses your computers CPU. It's configurable, too. Number of threads, and speed. I'll work on coloring it better later. Let me know what you think!

Will be making a build tonight based on DP2 (NPF26F)
    22
I have a booting, and fully running (as far as I can tell) version of Cortex based on ANDROID O! I'm doing a little last minute testing, then I'll post up the first version. It should be known that root is fairly unstable, and Developer Options FC's. May be other issues, but you should expect that from a VERY early build of O. It's hit-or-miss with installation with this one. MOST of the time it will boot, but occasionally it will not. Remember, ONLY flash the ROM as it is. DONT flash anything else (including another root zip) afterwards. You can ignore the FC popup on first boot, it doesnt affect anything.

Starting with v10.xx will be Android O.

    v7.xx through 9.xx will be Android N (7.1.2).

I'm trying to keep the version numbers in line with the progression of Android versions.

    UPLOADING ALPHA-07 NOW!

v4.00 is finally up! Have at it! :D
