I'll try and flash only CP (maybe BL too) and see what I'll get.
So, I flashed BL, CP, and even HOME_CSC, are here are the results :
- BL : bootloader was NOT relocked !
However, I don't know any way to check what's my current bootloader version. Any idea ?- CP : baseband was updated to J415FNXXU4BSF6
- HOME_CSC : didn't do anything as far as I can tell
Please note that as it's not my phone, I haven't been able to test with a SIM card yet (the owner had previously trouble with disconnecting data, and SMS/MMS impossible to send/receive).
Ive been seeing the boot logo AEX for over 20 mins right now. is this normal for the first boot?

thanks for your response. but i noticed that it does not depend on the fw i want to install, every custom rom leads to a boot loop. I think I have to flash the stock rom again. can anyone provide a link for europe/germany region j415f ?
Well yes it turns out firmware doesn't....failure to read instructions matter though. Also a proper log may help debug the issue learn how to take one
J415F is apparently not for the european market : https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-j4-plus/firmware/SM-J415F/
J415FN is, though.
im sorry i made u angry but if i had known im making a mistake, i wouldnt do it.
and cause the phone can not start i can not take logs in android and adb wont show me my device, maybe also caused by not starting

Recovery is not Seandroid Enforcing (J415GN (GLB) - PIE)
Last night I tried flashing this rom last night and after doing the last step (reboot) i got a message while samsung j4+ logo is on screen it say

Last night I tried flashing this rom last night and after doing the last step (reboot) i got a message while samsung j4+ logo is on screen it say
. After that I got stuck on AEX boot logo. In morning I tried reflashing the rom again and after doing the right and same steps I got the same message and I'm stuck on AEX boot logo. I searched online what "Recovery is not Seandroid Enforcing" mean, it means this ROM is not compatible for J415GN (GLB) devices. Can you help me?

Recovery is not SEANDROID Enforcing has nothing to do with ROM. Also it is normal to see kernel not SEANDROID Enforcing as it is permissive. A recovery log has nothing to do with the ROM. Your dmesg log tells me nothing either.
I have realized the wifi problems occur if you do a clean flash of the two most recent Rom versions. I had to flash the 13-07 version then flash the latest versions on top to get the wifi to work correctly
Strange...I don't see how this works but if it works for you then it's ok besides wifi works correctly for others. And I actually prefer clean flashes
