You need to have the stock ICS kernel to do that. (which can be acquired from the update from Sony Update Service or PC Companion)
Else, you are stucked at Gingerbread.

is only rooted. dont tink it hav cwm, as u can use custom kernel wit cwm.

Upgraded to this ROM from RayOnium V7(GB). Touch feels as smooth as Rayonium. No lags so far, I didn't tried any games yet. Will update with more information.

- i cant find suitable topic how to root this version of stock firmware.

Firmware can be flash using the flashtool. You don't need to unlock the bootloader. BUT if you need to root the unlocked bootloader, you have to go a very long way. My advise bro, just unlock your bootloader now that you are already into rooting your phone.
