To fix sdcard for time being
1. Go to settings
2. Storage
3. Unmount sdcard
4. Wait for it to be unmounted
5. Mount it back

Media provider will not crash anymore but apps like gallery cannot access the sdcard yet.

ROM works perfectly without my SIM-Card, but when i insert the SIM-Card it crashes after the first few touches...

BTW: albino, please send me some contact details I have a server that i dont need at the moment

I went straight to page one to download the files without reading the rest of the topic , so I saw the same problems as the rest.

Also, I'm a bit pigheaded (I hope I found the right translation for the word I meant), so firstly I tried to install fit rom the goo.im app on my 4.3.1. Rom from Albinoman, I even got to the point to set up the homescreen only the touchscreen didnt work (did not do a factory reset either, just wiped as if it was an update) :laugh::good:

I'm sorry I didn't make a logfile (this is because I just don't know how). But I will look into that (for future use, like Android 5 for example )

I like to thank Albinoman for pioneering the kitkat to our Sensations! I'm a fan of your 4.3.1 ROM and I'm sure you will get 4.4 to work on our beloved Sensations!

@albinoman887 man this is awesome. Kitkat hasnt even been released to major devices of 2013 and we have it for our sensation. This is amazing. This phone is not dying for sure.

@albinoman887 is a incredible man! I've installed on my HTC his CM10.2 4.3.1. Soon I flash this rom only if it's without bugs, because I read that utents complain some bugs :/ ...but THANKS for ALL support for THIS DEVICE! BIG UP .

I'd rather call it an alpha preview build, not to give too much hope/hype for your users, since in current state it's a barely usable ROM - instantly hangs with sim card inserted and gives aforementioned error messages with or without gapps installed.

Anyways, great to see your active KitKat development! Best of luck with rock-solid build, dude! :good:

I did a full wipe, i always do a full wipe even if it is an update and since im posting a comment here i cant seem to get fastboot getvar all working it hangs at waiting for device hmmm weird ;/

nikez has got android kitkat working with the sim and a couple of fixes such as camera incall audio and mic and music playing

Ok, let's start with some bugreport: I flashed the rom two times. At first my phone went in bootloop. At second time a some process crashed and i didn't complete the first configuration. Seems there's much work to do, hope to see a stable release soon.
