This how to get nightly update for G900F:
- Download the latest nightly build for klteusc : https://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=klteusc
- flash the zip below

;)
Am I to understand that if I flash the latest klteusc build on my klteusc device, then flash that zip, i will get the klte nightlies on my klteusc? and all will work, as in calls and such? or am i understanding it wrong?

Unofficial CyanogenMod S5 KLTE 11.0 2016-04-08 nightly build.

I know this is quite old and maybe obsolete for some .. but on the chance anyone is still running CM11 I want to report you can get a new build and it works OK.,

First , Click Thanks on this thread.. then click below to download.

https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B9p2nn3PG8LWc0hkaXJkcWRqWEE&usp=sharing#list ~200MB

I dug around through these forums and found the last CM11 that was built in June 2015. Running it, I get great battery life, I get the odd reboot but no FC's. Stock CM Camera doesn't piece together panoramics properly, but running an older version of Google Camera seems to have resolved that issue for me.

I noticed my old phone is still getting nightly builds of CM11, my S5 was only advertising CM13. I saw a comment somewhere in this forum one member mentioned "Why don't you just compile your own to get the upstream fixes? There's guides all over"

So - following this guide : https://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Build_for_klte I built a 2016-04-08. Flashed over mine, wiped cache and dalvik and I am happy to report it's running without issues. The only change I made in that write up was ensuring I installed Java 6 and changed this line repo init -u https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android.git -b cm-12.1 to -b cm-11.0

Those of you wanting to build their own: It took 2.5 hours to compile on a quad core xeon and pretty much overnight for the initial repo sync.

With the warning that YOU USE THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK, Here's the link to the version I compiled for anyone wanting to get a more up to date version. Don't contact me as I'm not a dev, I have no desire to hear about bugs etc. and your requests will go unanswered. This is a file I built that works on my device (SM-G900W8) and should work on all klte variants (not sprint). Should work fine from a clean flash new, has worked for me flashing over June 2015 build.

https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B9p2nn3PG8LWc0hkaXJkcWRqWEE&usp=sharing#list ~200MB

If this helped you, hit that thanks button.

I'm running cm11. Did a build with selinux disabled just messing around and I have no data. Trying to figure this out.

Sent from my SM-G900P using XDA-Developers mobile app

Specific to me that might be related, when I got my phone it had been updated to 5.1, I then installed TWRP and flashed CM12 first, then downgraded to CM11 .. some things I didn't like. Then I purchased an unlock code and it wouldn't take under CM11 , Kept saying Network Unlock Unsuccessful

When I reverted to stock it worked... so I flashed stock 4.4 , then applied my nandroid restore of CM11 and the unlock code worked.

long way to the point, try and downgrade to stock modem and see if applying the CM11 works. I'm on SM-G900W8 canadian klte.

Why does the title of this thread say CM11 ?? Really got me good man... thought I found what I need but NOPE links straight to the CM website where only 12 and 13 are available... Someone is going to have to make an oldversion.com for mobile I guess...

I was flaming? Besides that guy has SM-G900W8 which is Canada.. I'm in the US on SM-G900T. This will probably bootloop my phone but I'll go ahead and try it since there's apparently not any roms on the cm website from LAST YEAR for CM11's last build..

On my g900t the battery life is horrid. Not even going to use it, lost 86% battery overnight. (woke up with 14%)

Well then, I guess your only other option then is to follow the tutorial I also linked and build your own.... ("that guy using the w8" is me, by the way. )

The tree for KLTE was updated to 12, and then to 13 .. no one is maintaining the CM 11 tree or roms, but by using the tutorial you get all the CM11 updates and google security patches etc. It really wasn't that difficult to build an updated CM11 ...

My batter will last over 36 hours on light use BTW so not sure what the deal is with yours ..

I never expected an old version to be "maintained" but it is pretty shady that they don't have an archive some where at least for the prior 4-5 versions with a link the LAST build for a given version.

I have to agree with you there ... I misread that finding the actual link to the June 2015 CM11 is hard to do ..

Found the link to the last snapshot :: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347763888

Should get you going on a semi official build.

Flash stock (backup internal SD because it will wipe it) then flash TWRP with Odin and lastly, copy the above file to SD and flash using TWRP followed by GAPPS.

also 3 pages back :

In case anyone is wanting the last KLTE CM11.x I ever saw :)
File name: cm-11-20150617-SNAPSHOT-M12-klte.zip

cm-11-20150617-SNAPSHOT-M12-klte with open_gapps-arm-4.4-nano-20160701 seems to work great. Will flash the one yohan4ws made. Link on the previous page.

That's an interesting reason, as cm13 is considerably faster and smoother than cm11..
Just like Windows 10 blows Windows 7 away with speed and smoothness, no matter what you think of the new start menu.

Have to disagree. CM11 is at least as fast as CM13. I'm really enjoying a working BT too. :p

I'm amazed that this ROM isn't more popular, or at least it seems it isn't. I use my phone for streaming music to BT speakers, a bit of WWW and some other simple tasks, and it's perfect! Very fast and stable. Loading Xprivacy I cannot remember has been so fast before. It's instant almost. The battery lasts a long time, and my S5 is just like I ever wanted it to be.

HAVEN'T HAD A SINGLE FC OR REBOOT! :)
