Recommended app for this rom is Aero Kernel Control by @Blechd0se, which allow tweak many hidden options

How to install:
1. Boot into CWM(cwm.img) or CMRecovery(CMRecovery.img) or TWRP(twrp.img). http://quarx2k.ru/asus_padfone_s/recovery/
2. Unlock BL by installing CrowLock_RC3.zip. Be aware! Unlock tested only on 11.10.7.18, 11.10.7.17, 11.10.7.11, 11.10.7.6, 11.10.6.1, 12.2.2.21, 12.2.2.13!!!
4. Wipe data
5. Install latest version of CM-12.0.
6. Install gapps
7. Reboot and be enjoy CM12.0!

1. Dock/PAD not work. Work in progress...

CWM Not Working

Dear, Mr. Quarx

I have tried installing CWM via Terminal Emulator and fastboot, but it always stuck in Asus Logo.
I think it's a bug. And i consider this as a report for you.
Anyway, it's really nice to have a developer like you that can bring us new hope to our device.

BTW: i think the right command is: fastboot flash recovery cwm.img

And i recommend flash rom via CMRecovery.img.
CWM project killed by CM and currently bugged.

I flash cw recovery via fasboot and elmulator terminal has successfully sir, but when entering the recovery just stuck in asus logo sir

Do not flash recovery. Try just boot it via "fastboot boot"

2. Insert usb cable,
3. fastboot boot cwm.img or cm recovery.
4. Wipe + unlock(if you not unlocked already) + install cm.

And one more tip.
If you flashed recovery, do not reboot into it with usb cable connected. This cause black screen or asus logo bug,.
