What's the difference between these builds and others?
I will be merging major fixes, features, etc. before they are merged into the actual source. I will be getting a majority of them through http://review.cyanogenmod.org and possibly from other major ROM sources (Slim, Paranoid [if they're still alive D:], Omni, etc). I will also be making some changes to the kernel like adding MultiROM support and similar features. Once things get going in terms of Official support from the CM team, I may change this project into something else or drop it all together. The goal of this is to give you guys the most stable CM13 builds without changing much.

Bugs:
Notification and phone ringtone no sound
YouTube app does not work
MultiWindow is hella buggy

As per what i suspected, media_codecs.xml in /system/etc is the culprit for the sound issue. Took the file from L build fix the issue for me. Attached the file if anyone wants it as facing the same issue with me. Dont forget to rename the file to media_codecs.xml.

SEE IF IT BOOTS
MultiROM primary support (no one's reported about this yet...)
Check if CM Messaging app is working (built-in sms app)
If Chrome Browser fix is working
If YouTube works
QuickSettings pull down inconsistency

How to install:
Download and move the ROM zip to your Internal Storage
Wipe System
Wipe Cache
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Wipe Data
Install ROM zip
(optional)
Flash SuperSU zip
Flash GApps zip
(/optional)
Reboot!

Yeah, it's been up and down on being able to boot.

I don't know when it'll next be bootable.

I must have caught it at a wrong time... I made a build earlier that booted but it's identical as the other builds floating around the forums. I guess we just have to wait for now.

I don't know but I tried flashing the ROM only, using twrp 2.8.6.0.6 which so far hasn't caused any issues and sat looking at the blue face of the "cm dude" for about 10 minutes with the phone stone cold.
Edit: forgot to mention flashed latest cm12.1 nightly beforehand to update firmware.

One of these days we will get there....

It's more like it is hit or miss with the source :/. There shouldn't be a problem booting it if it's not a source problem.

@YoshiShaPow Need some selinux changes in kernel or else it won't boot. For me it just gets back to recovery
